I have a list of unresolved maintenance issues. Flooding in basement due to faulty electrical, garbage disposal and sink back up problems, but most important I have had no heat for a week. It’s 32 degrees outside and I am caring for my 92 year old father with the help of hospice care as he is at end of life in my home. I’ve had to put a space heater in his room. I pay $1895 per month Plus utilities. I’ve expressed my situation to them both via their emergency line , maintenance portal and tried calling during normal business hours only to get their mailbox is full.Business response

Dear Ms. *********, We want to apologize for any frustration you maybe having. Since you have brought the unresolved maintenance challenges to our attention, we have done our due diligence to get everything resolved. As of today 11-29-2023 we have resolved the heating issue, we had a tech verify that the basement is no longer flooding, and verified that the garbage disposal is not broken and is a possible electrical issue. We have sent numerous contractors and maintenance technicians to the property in the last few months. We now have an electrician scheduled to come out, they are just booked up at the moment and will get them there as soon as possible. While we understand the inconvenience this is caused we do want you to know that we are doing our due diligence to resolve any work orders and maintenance requests you have put in. We will continue to work on any request you have in the future, and keep you informed as much as possible if outside contractors are needed, as we do not control their scheduling. We understand the frustration this has caused and appreciate you bringing this information to our attention. Sincerely, Management
