Yes it is on Zillow but all potential showings go through Tenant Turner a reputable company, that screens all applicants before any showing can occur. If you do not meet the minimum requirements you will not be approved for a showing. This is based on the answers the applicant provided to Tenant Turner.

We hired this PM to oversee our renovations and procuring new tenants. Back door wasn't replaced to specific instruction and materials, flooring not done, holes in wall not addressed, the quotes for renovations and electrical work were terribly overpriced probably by 5X so do your homework and find contractors instead of using theirs. We had our agent stop by to look at the building and documented there were large holes in the walls next to the staircase. The building was supposed to be rent ready at this time and to show to potential tenants. It is no surprise that potential renters who had a chance to look at the unit did not return. Their business exhibits a lack of thoroughness, incompetence, or gross negligence, which has cost both of our sides many man-hours and money to get this rent ready.

We are sorry that our services did not work out for you. We were able to help you on many repairs that you needed, without issue. To name a few, we did replace the siding on 2 sides of the house, repaired the very large hole in the back of the building, repaired the broken glass in the front door, etc. We also helped negotiate the Cash for Keys offers that got you possession of both units back from the non-paying tenants. We understand the difficulty that comes with purchasing a property where you inherit bad tenants and potentially pay too much for the property. We understand the position that puts you in, and we did offer you significant discounts on all of the jobs we estimated for you. Please know that RCGPM and our network of subcontractors are fully insured and stand by our work. You never have to pay for work and lose money because the contractor walks off the job which is a common occurrence. We have seen the issues that it brings and it would not happen with us managing the project. Again, we know what it is like to have a house in a tough neighborhood, damaged by tenants, that is in need of lots of repairs to get it rent ready. While we may have had a difference of opinion on what was most important to fix given your budget, we continue to wish you the best of luck with the property and hope it becomes profitable for you in the future.
