He was hired after an accident a little over a rear ago where a septic company dug in the yard without calling 811 and tore all of our lines to the house. All lines breakers and boxes were to be replaced.. Due to the pandemic things were slow and parts were scarce so it took some time to get moving. We finally got the trench dug and Gargano got the main line run in conduit to the house approximately last October. A few months later he came and installed the new meter box on the house but hasn't been back to change any breakers,panel box or finish running the electric. He was paid for 1/2 of the job already. He will not return any of my attempts to contact now and it has been months. I can't even switch the electric over into my name from my mom's because national grid has a hold on it until the job is complete and power is switched over to the new line.Business response

The business left a voicemail stating: ***** ******** didn't want to pay any more and the material doubled. That's why her job is not done. I can't finish that job because I'm already losing money. I invested everything I possibly could in that job. That's why the job is not done.

Mr Gargano NEVER asked me for more money than what he quoted. It was half down of which he was paid and the other half when the job was complete.

The trench was dug a little over 3 months after the accident. That was ocet a year ago. Mr gargano never came back to Finnish as stated before so the prices continued to rise because of his no-shows. A different price was never asked for or discussed in any way. How much more is he asking? If he would have finished the job when he said he would the prices wouldn't be so high so why am I held liable for his not showing up on time?
