I ordered a waste container from this company on June 30 2022 and paid the full amount for it ****** by credit card. Then called back in October to pick take away the container. Without any documentation, and authorization to recharge my credit card on Oct 27 2022 for additonal money ******. This is a clearly fraud. Merchant claims the container was overweight when asked the record for weight and/or any document that it was revelead to customer if there is any such policy. This company must provide customer in writing the policy of their service not just charge their credit cards on their file. This is a treated as bank fraud. Seeking full refund of my charge of $******Business response

The contsiner was delivered, with an expected pick up date of 1 week... continued extensions were made for the customer.. 4 months, the container was with the customer. We had called multiple times becasue the more it sits in the elements with rain the heavier the box becomes.
Wehen the container was finally removed it was over the allowed weight for a 10yd container. The allowed weight limit is 1.5 tons and when the box was removed and weighed on a certified scale it totaled **** tons... so he was charged $167.66 for the additional **** tons (incl tax).
All of this is explained on the ticket to the customer at the orginal drop off. If anything We were extemely accomadatin to the customer by not charging for the extended amount of time as well.
Attached is the customers original invoice when the container was delivered as well as the overweight invoice that was sent after the removal.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
The merchant failed to provide where did they have instructed that what is the standard weight and what will be the rate for extra weight. It is totally rejected as they have fraudently charged my credit card without my authorization. Ask merchant when did they send those phony invoices to me? Where are the contracts or policy for over weight. I totally reject the response by submitting phony invoices which were never delivered to me. I ask the refund otherwise I will press the charges for unauthorized charge to my card. This is the last attempt for refund otherwise I will be filing claim in small claims court and fine for unauthorized charges. May ask for 7K for this pain I m going thru.
