Not accommodating. Toilet needed fixing. Was told the job was completed and they left. Job was not completed. Ended up costing more money for more parts. Cash was to be available by end of day as no one was available when plumber was scheduled to fix it. Did not accommodate. Asked for more upfront through zelle. Rude on the phone. Dont do business with this guy. Not worth it.

Awful and claims to be a licensed Master Plumber but is not he does not even Have a pluming license and can't get it do to a on going complain with the BBB he destroyed my mothers house and didn't know basic plumbing code

A TRUE PRO!!! Look no further because **** Matthews will solve all of your problems! I can without a doubt vouch for his prompt and expert service. I would especially recommend him to anybody who has trust issues because **** is honest, thorough, dependable, highly knowledgeable, and generally just a really good guy. He provided us with FANTASTIC service from start to end. It took **** a few hours to arrive at our home, diagnose the problem, FIND and RETRIEVE the impossible part and fix the hot water heater/boiler, when another company was going on day 11 and was still claiming to be the only one that had this part. A FEW HOURS IN TOTAL FROM PHONE CALL TO COMPLETE SOLUTION!!! It was astonishing and extremely refreshing to see the difference between how **** ran his business as compared not only to this other plumber, but also to others we have worked with in the past. From the first moment I met him, **** filled me with confidence and he did NOT disappoint!!!! The work seemed instinctual to him, as well as to his workers (one of which was his son, proving the Matthews Family has some serious talent)!!! They provided a detailed and full explanation of what the work entailed, and were true to their word. TRULY AN EXCELLENT COMPANY AND SERVICE!!! THEY HAVE MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION (in fact, I rarely ever write reviews, which says a lot)!!!!! **** ******** IS UNBEATABLE!!!!!

Unfortunately, I agree with what other customers have said about this business. This business is dishonest in some ways.My home dishwasher broke down. The hose seemed to be leaking.My wife and I called this service to come checking this dishwasher and its hose.A repairs man struggled to figure out what's wrong with this dishwasher for about two hours. He took many attempts to fix its hose and he took several trips to a store for the correct hose ending and the hose.After he successfully connected this dishwasher with the hose from the basement, this dishwasher was still leaking and he then said that the inner part of this dishwasher was leaking and we need a new dishwasher. He admitted that he made a mistake by not looking at the inner part of this dishwasher at the beginning of his job. He also stated that he knows that this dishwasher is old.Afterwards he charged my wife and me $380 for two labor hours for no productive results.If he looked at the inner part of this dishwasher at the beginning of his job, he would not spend two hours working on it and he would not charge us $380 for two labor hours. This appeared to be a dishonest scheme to take a lot of money from us.I am very disappointed. We need money to buy a new dishwasher and we lost $380 for absolutely nothing.Please never use this company for your emergency home situation. I am very sorry.

ABSOLUTE CROOK! Gave quote under $400- then when we proceeded with the job came to just under $1000! Prior job was Brand new water heater purchased and installed March 2021 by **** - having an issue with the heating element now that is under warranty and THE OWNER **** told us he has to order it! Two weeks later we call the manufacturer to find out we can go to ANY store give the model # and replace it! ON TOP OF THAT the owner **** is ghosting our calls!!! This is not the first time we have had to chase him down for a response. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME- or use him! LIER! CHEATER! CROOK!!!!!!!!!

No communication back by phone after several messages, after tankless water heater unit was installed after 1 yr and had problems. Unit was installed with a shortcut and allowed the water injector to freeze since it was vented outside instead of inside.I would NEVER recommend this company. Only went with the unit since owner insisted there was a rebate and how great unit is. NO REBATE existed on the model and paid full price. Owner would not even work with us for being mislead on rebate.

I was referred to him From a LAW Enforcement page. I. Needed a circular pump bc there was no heat on first floor. Seven hours later they left water all over floor tubing several boxes and an extension cord telling me I needed an electrician. I was charged $805 for 1 circular pump and two valves that did not need to be replaced the electrician came abs said they spliced them wire and had no business removing the outlet box They are a rip off
