Found car online via Carguru.com around 5/10 and got approval for a car via financing from ************ The car I liked which was at Peak Automotive in ** and it could be delivered to me. I resided on campus at the time in my dorm in ** and graduating and had been without a car since Feb 2024. I just resolved the loss of my own car with insurance company and was looking for a car to travel from ** to ** to continue my job in **. My family lives in *********. The car was listed in good condition, drives well, no listing of any issues. I was encouraged to go through a dealership and we reviewed business website and reviews and info on the car. I was told there was a extended warranty on the car as well. I spoke with ***** and **** and signed paperwork online & paid deposit via phone on 5/13. delivery was delayed 5/17 to 5/20 and arrived at 7pm.I immediately drove it and noticed issues with accelerating 0-30, rattling when turning corners or changing lanes. car was taken to ****** svc on 5/21 at 7am and was told $12,300 for repairs and warranty won't cover because I bought car this way. I spoke with **** at Peak who asked me to bring car to a different ********* could possibly work with car shop with cost of repairs or take car back. Pepboys repair cost was $11,4K on 5/23 and ****** was $9800 on 5/28. All 3 shops says the car is unsafe to drive and repairs exceed value/cost of car. I asked repeatedly for the dealer to come pick up the car and return deposit money and even said he could keep $250 from my $1500 deposit money towards the pickup cost, but I am unable to drive this car to ** or anywhere. I have reached out to *********** to cancel my financing loan of $8322 for this car as well and reached out to the ** atty general to file a complaint since this car was purchased online and I was not advised of the numerous issues this car had via the online advertisement or by dealership. I cannot use the warranty because repairs exceed the cost of the car.

I purchased a used vehicle from peak motorsports, it was shipped to me in *******, upon delivery it was not as advertised as the driver assist package was not functional. During the sales negotiations, I asked if the vehicle had any warning messages on the dash, or maintenance warnings. I was told no, the car is flawless the dealer worked with me to remedy the issue, until the issues was diagnosed and the estimate to repair was $2300.00. Now, nobody at the dealership will answer my calls or texts. This is unacceptable,

July 2021 I bought a car from a dealer named *****. When I bought the car I only received one car key. When I asked why I only received one his response was you will receive the second key when you pay off the car I was excited to get the car and wanted to hurry up at the point so I just agreed not thinking too much of it. Later down the line I learn more about buying / selling cars and realize that was a complete lie. So I contacted peak automotive and spoke to *****. I told him exactly what happened and he tried to tell me he doesnt remember what the reason was that I did not receive two sets of keys . I asked him what would be a reason someone buys a Brand new car and doesnt receive 2 set of keys? He said we probably did not have it. So I said okay that is understandable but why did you lie to me and say I would receive it when I pay off the car ? Now I am trying to finally receive my second set of keys because we all loose our keys and I would hate to be in the predicament of having to pay for a second set when I spent all this money on a car. The issue is they were dishonest and lied about multiple things during the car transaction. The least I am requesting is a second set of keys.

I brought a car July 11,2023 from the dealership on July 13,2023 I text the sales manager complaining about a mechanic problem I was told probably someone had drove it in a pothole and hit something I was also told I cant take it to fix since my car is because its not registered as yet. I pay $4500 for a warranty so that didnt make sense my car was sitting there for 2 weeks because I feel unsafe and I was hoping my registration would complete by then .after several complaints they decide for me to take it to the dealership to get it fix . I took it to fix at the dealership on my way driving home the same issue starts to happen again I took it the next day to a mechanic paid $40 to have it check cause for some reason I think nothing was done to my car . I was told the issue is my passenger side front bearing is damaged I have the mechanic call the dealership to explain exactly what happen to the car I was told to take my car back to them I did the same issue happen again after driving it home I keep asking them for receipt that they fix my car they let me sound stupid like what you need a receipt for how thats going to help you out, I call the same day after picking up my car saying I had the same issue again I was told to call my warranty place and let them send me somewhere in which I call was told I have to find my own mechanic then have them call been trying nobody dont take me warranty so far nobody knows this company I end up take it some where with my own money because they didnt accept my warranty I was told my bearing is bent and need to be replaced cause it seems its been in a accident. I went straight ahead to check carfax (someone told me about them ) I seen the car was in 3 accidents and I didnt know that because the car was sold to me for $29,000 a 2019 ***** accord.I think the dealership lied about the mileage and also the car price, because am a woman and have less knowledge of car at the moment my car is in the shop 09/05/2023.

I purchased my vehicle on May 24, 2023 from Peak Automotive. On 6/7 I was driving on the highway to work and the inside fender cover came flying off the driver's side. That same day my oil change light came on. I brought my car to ****** on the Saturday morning 6/10/23 for an oil change and to have the inside fender replaced. At that time I was I was told that my car needed several bulb replacements and that It never had its ****** mile maintenance which Peak should have had all of these things done prior to sale just to be decent salespeople. I could not afford to get all work done, but I did what I could and that totalled $700.00. I contacted Peak Automotive on that following Monday morning via text and email (I wanted to have proof in writing) I attached my receipts from ******. I was told that the owner **** would get back to me. I haven't heard anything since. I have text since and still have not received a response. I understand that the car is used, but am individual should not expect to have to put out that much money on repairs only 2 weeks after purchasing a car from a dealership. I would like to be reimbursed.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The car alerted me to needing an oil change when I was driving so one had to be completed as seen on receipts. Also the front fender piece was not properly secured so that had to be replaced. And no ****** mile maintenance has been done. Out of good faith I feel I should be at least partially reimbursed as I had just purchased the vehicle and had to put out a significant amount of money in a short period of time for things that I should not have had to.

On 11/4/22 I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro from Peak Automotive after a month of talking to them about it. I was shown pictures and everything of how perfect the car was to be. So i ended up putting $11,000 down and took a loan which they did for me of over $14,000 for the rest. They delivered the car to me on 11/5/22 at roughly 8:42am. I imediately seen the rear passenger tire was flat, the driver door had a huge dent with paint missing like it hit something and the front passenger side had tons of rock damage and the windshield had cracks and the tires were 3 different sizes. I imediately contacted Peak Auto and talked to ***** who didnt care and told me go * ******, I then contacted ***** who helped me in their finance department who said he would have **** the owner contact me. **** contacted me at almost 5pm on 11/4/22 who said they would only replace the flat tire and anything else was for me to figure out then hung up on me. They wont respond to my calls and when they do they hang up or swear at me then hang up or laugh in my ear then hang up. I have already put over $1,000 just to get this vehicle drivable when they said it was "inspected" and "ready to go". The paint job will cost over $3,000 alone at Coles Collision as well.

Cannot afford to repair this car one part at a time. Went to a dealership for reliability received dishonesty and a death machine. Dropped vehicle off a month ago still have not released the funds. Playing games and not honoring there word.

This vehicle was sold over a year ago and there was never a problem until now. You said you can't afford the vehicle and left it here and wanted us to pay it off. You just bought another vehicle from another dealership you should have traded in your vehicle at the dealership when you bought your new vehicle. The picture you left that says sorry your vehicle doesn't qualify you need to pay for the report. The vehicle is not a salvage title or it would have been on the title as salvage, never in a flood, no odometer problems or frame damage you just need to purchase the full report.
