bought a car from bayside ******* jeep 2018 rogue. Finance ************* talked me into a extended warranty and financed and added to price of car. When we realize that every time we would have a problem for the car to be fixed it would take weeks so we decide to cancel warranty in may. Meanwhile ******** was cancelled yet by him financing the car instead of the warranty we still have a lien on the car and owe thousands on the car when it was supposed to be for a warranty yet it was used as financing car. They had given us back 1000 towards warranty and paid 2400 towards loan yet now I still owed 1478 which I had to pay other wise car would be repossed this is not rightInitial Complaint

In April of 2021 I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk from Bayside Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Bayside, ********. I have been having continuous problems with this vehicle since about February of 2023, specifically the vehicle would at times not turn on. I have brought the vehicle to the dealership from which I leased it (Bayside Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in *********) several times to address the issue. Although they have tried they have been unsuccessful in their efforts. On Wednesday 10/04/2023 when I again had dropped the vehicle there for this issue I was told that they couldn't find what was wrong with the vehicle and I should contact FCA (Jeep's Corporate Parent) customer care. I escalated the issue to customer care and was told that there was nothing they can do and they offered me no direction or recourse for resolution. After continued occurrences and additional conversations with FCA I was directed to try another dealership. On Monday 4/08/2024 I brought the vehicle the *********************************, Chrysler, Jeep in **********, ********, On the morning of Friday 4/12/2024 I was notified that they were unable to duplicate the problem I was having and couldn't find what was wrong. Furthermore I have sent them video evidence of when this occurs but my concerns continue to be unheeded. Having to deal with these issues have caused me unnecessary financial hardships and stress and has impacted my work and personal life.Initial Complaint

-called in September to complain about a leak I noticed they didnt have appointments -October I started noticing mold and wouldnt drive the car because thats not safe I called told them he told me mold doesnt grow in a month (he was wrong)-later in Oct I called told them Im going away so they told me to bring it in they open at 6 the earlier the bettertook off work to bring it in before my trip and they said I didnt have an apt the next apt would be in December and if they took it now it would just be sitting around and they dont have a lot so theyd park it on the street? -by November the entire car was moldy everywhere the glass was fogged from the inside as it sat in my driveway growing mold. So I called them and was told that they didnt have an apt so I had to start yelling about how I cant even drive my car and Im paying monthly for it its a lease. $340 for 3 months is a lot for a car to sit in the driveway drivable. He said hed take it in after I caused a scene because my car was totally ruined at this point it smelled like mold and musty. -They REFUSED service. This wasnt an oil change it needed to be done asap or if was going to get worse and worse. This is my 3rd car with them and its been the worst lease experience yet. I have pictures if youd like me to send everything over. -Then I had to pay for my rental out of pocket while also paying for my lease? The rental was $3,000 because they took so long over a month it was 42 days. -I told them I didnt have the money to put out for 3k so please send the check asap which was sent out 2-3 months later my bank charged me $80 for a late fee. Thats not my issue I wasnt late I didnt have the money I told them that and if they wouldnt sent it when they should have this wouldnt have happened. Im going to court because the car wasnt even finishedafter 42 days. I opened up another case for the 3 months of lease payments they owe me. I will be taking this to court. Thank you
