I went to the parts service center after driving 25 miles from Brooklyn to find out there closed. I would have gave a better review, if the parts manager **** had more understanding and less of an attitude he didnt provide a reason, for not shipping parts. He was quick to process a refund guess he didnt need our business but I needed my parts.

Terrible service ! Towed my vic in for service. Took them 4 days just to find my vic in the dealership. Another week to diagnose what the problem was. I was quoted $11,800 by the service manager to replace cylinder head, timing chain, tensioner and 1 camshaft. 3 weeks go by ok, car is done. **** has now somehow ballooned to $14,100. I asked the service manager ********************* if that the best he can do ? He says; h*** see what he can do after seeing what he can do he gets the bill down to $13,452. I go pick up the vic, it hasn't been cleaned, im just happy to get my vic back. 2 mins out the dealership, chevk coolant light comes on. Call the *** hey ! Did they test drive the car before giving it back ? SM; Yes they did. Im like my coolant light is on and It didnt come in that way, no leak nothing. He assures me they checked the car. By ghe time i get home I realize there is a coolant leak from the radiator. Call the *** The car is leaking from the radiator, take it back to them. He tries to tell me they didn't cause the leak because they didn't touch the radiator. So you pulled out my whole engine without touching the radiator ? They dont replace the radiator they patch with gum or some ish. I leave with it. Couple day later a friend tells me he sees blue smoke from my exhaust and that i should take the car back because they didn't do a good job on the car. I ignore him, 1 week later while driving car starts back firing im like wtf. Take it back to Helms **** because whatever the issue is, is completely related to the work they did. SM tells me its $285 to diagnose but if it related its no charge. Turns out the vic was misfiring because they didn't replace all 8 spark plugs, they only replaced 4. So this is completely related to the s***** job they did. SM says its not related, that I asked him to do bare minimum on the vic when I asked to see what he can do on the bill! $585 more Complained to ************************, waste of time as well. Bad reps for MB.

BEWARE of unscrupulous service ***** I brought my s550 (**** miles) for warranty issue. The service consultant called me and told me that i had a bubble in my tire and a cracked rim. He said that i needed a new tire ($500) and a new rim($1500). As a professional, he must have known that the pirrelli tire was defective and replacement would be honored by the manufacturer. I told him not to do anything.I went to ***** tires and had the tire replaced under the warranty and the rim wasn't cracked.Profit over ethics????? You decide.
