Please do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else for any livestock feed. Growing it yourself, harvesting it and bagging it would still take less pulled teeth than dealing with Juliann K***** P****** Shopping at ****** would bring you better results. Initially she delivered the wrong feed. Not what I ordered (22% protein vs 27% my order) She held on to my feed money for over a month on a bogus excuse that the mill was not making any feed till the end of August (we're in July now). End of August came, I asked her if feed was in, she goes with 'maybe'. I asked for a refund if feed was not in, because I like to feed my livestock. She then said she would deliver it Sept 12. Sept 12th came, she said she would deliver on the 15th. I asked again for a refund. I contacted ********, the mill she buys from and they were out of my feed only for 4 days. Not a month. She then said she would refund on the 15th. The 15th came - she's with family, thanks, wait. She then refunded 25 out of 271 owed. She said she tried to refund another 178 but my card is declining refund (ahem ??). Then she said she is waiting on invoices to clear to refund 178 - which tells me she didn't have the funds to refund it in the first place, and whoopsie daisy, LIED again! ohhh... the fairytale stories.
