    My wife and I have been using the services at this location for years. Over the course of the last 1.5 to 2 years they have been cancelling my appointments due to various reasons. These sessions then go into my "bank". None of these reasons are within my control. Currently I have 7.5 sessions on the books and my wife has 23 sessions on the books. My wife's name is ***********************. Their agreement says that I have to cancel and then use all sessions prior after 60 days of the cancellation. I book 1.5 hour sessions and my wife books 1 hour sessions. The company will not refund my fees that I have paid and have not used even though the reason they have not been used is due to their staffing issues. There is no way either my wife or myself can use those sessions in such a short timeframe. I believe I am making a reasonable request since I book three months in advance. When they cancel my appointment they cannot book me again within the month for a massage. Therefore, the session goes unused and is added to my "bank" but I am unable to use them because they cannot schedule me. The company claims that they do not guarantee preference of Therapist but I believe booking three months in advance is a reasonable amount of time to get my preferred therapist(s). The sessions therefore go unused and now I have no recourse to get my money back for sessions that I have not used. I am requesting a full refund of all sessions that have been paid for and not used because the cancellation was totally out of my control.

    Terrible, absolutely terrible location. Over the past 3 years, we called every month and tried to schedule an appointment every month. They only scheduled about 5 appointments out of which they cancelled all. Yet we keep on paying Massage Envy for monthly massages and this location does not offer appointments. We called them before joining to see that this would not happen and they lied. Management is not responsive. Reviews on ****** reflect this experience.

    This person is not a member with Massage Envy, yet continues to call and yell at staff members, berating employees over the benefits of a membership that does not belong to her. She calls to use husband's account with the belief that she should have unlimited access to services and membership benefits that are non-transferrable. Her husband's membership is out of another location and all terms and membership benefits are detailed out in the Wellness Agreement between the husband and his home location. Appointments have been made and accommodated with this couple in the past, however adjustments can be necessary due to service provider availability. Client's are notified of any changes and offered any options possible. This client refuses to make any changes and denies services when this situation arises. Owners from both our location and the husband's home location have tried to discuss the issues that she presents and explain there is no "we" in this situation and have been met with more screaming. I did try to have a conversation with her today, prior to an appointment she was scheduled for this evening to discuss the disparaging reviews she has left for our business and the way she treats our employees and she declined my offer to have a conversation and proceeded to hang up on me. They will no longer be welcome to call or visit our location unless she agrees to a call with me regarding this situation.
