On June 21, 2023 I flew from *******,** to ******** to purchase a 2017 Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 Sedan for $42,800. Once I spoke with ***** and ***** to complete the transaction. I got on the rode to head back to *******. The engine check light came on in *******, ** so I recorded it and sent it to ***** and ***** at Car Castle. I got a hotel room for the night and decided to take the car to the closest Maserati dealership the next morning. My Service advisor ***** attached a detailed diagnosis report as followed: The vehicle will need fuel rails to be back in operating and safe condition. Parts and labor for that repair come to $6071.05. Given that this is normally an issue that occurs over time then fails spark plugs are also recommended, labor and parts come to just about $560 The vehicle has an oil leak but due to the amount of oil we would have to clean the oil and let it run. The front drivers tire has secondary rubber that is exposed, the vehicle needs at least one tire and alignment. I had to get plane tixs to fly back to *******. I also PAID to have the car shipped back to ** and requested my money back. The car carrier company picked up the car and had it delivery the following Wednesday. I requested my money several times from Vinny which he states the owners are out of town and will not be back until Wednesday after the 4th of July and a cashiers check will be given to me. I requested a bank wire for recording of the business transactions and faster. He stated they dont do bank wires. I have spoke with ************************* at the *********************** in ** and my attorneys along with providing all of our communications by email. I would like to keep this professional without getting the courts involved but it does not appear he is willing to do *********** business. Im requesting all of my money back since the transaction was less than 24 hours and the vehicle need lots of work.. ITS THE ****Business response

This complaint has been resolved with the customer. ****************** refunded customer and took vehicle back. Attached is copy of letter signed by customer and copy of check for refund.Initial Complaint

On September 22, 2021 I bought a car at Car Castle located at ****** ******* ***** ********** **** ***** and their phone number is ***********0. I picked out a car and I was told I couldn't take it for a test ride until the deal was closed. Even though, I put a deposit down on the car of $4000.00 and filled out all the loan payments. The next day the car ws ready for pickup. I drove home and when I went to start the car the next day, it didn't start. Called the dealership and they sent someone down to see what was wrong. They eventually got the car started. That afternoon I went out and the check engine light came on and the car stalled in the middle of traffic. I managed to get the car on the side of the road. Once again, I called the dealership. They came and picked up the car and supposedly they checked it out and found nothing wrong with the car. The next day it started but it wouldn't go anywhere. Forward or backwards. At this point I had the car towed to a shop I could trust. TheBusiness response

Car Castle Inc has resolved this issue with Joy F Adams Stephens on October 14th 2021. We do no do any returns but we made an exception in this case with an agreement that is attached. Joy and Car Castle Inc both agreed to the terms of the agreement. One of the terms was Joy has no further recourse with Car Castle Inc.
