I live in a community called ********************. The **************** for this property is Total Community Management. They hired a company to power wash our decks. The decks were power washed about 2 weeks ago. A day or 2 later I noticed the window on my storm door to my deck was so spotted from the solution they used to power wash, I could hardly see out of it. The window has to be removed from the door to clean it. I noticed that the window was not sliding down as easily as it always has. With some effort, I got the railings and the window out to clean it. The property's maintenance person, ****, happened to be here at the time so I told him the problem and he helped me with putting the railings and the window back in. It was impossible for us to accomplish this properly. He told me the guy was coming back the following Wednesday to attend to another tenant's complaint, and he would have him look at my door. That Wed. morning I was out running errands and when I came back, I saw **** in the parking lot. He said the guy fixed my window. I came in and tried to slide the window down, but could not. **** came over and tried, and said the guy fixed it earlier....obviously he did not. When I asked my Property Manager, *******************************, and the President of the ***** of ********** ******************, for the name of the Contractor, they refused to give me the info saying he is not responsible for my window. Really? Then who is? It worked perfectly before they power washed, and now, after he came and "fixed" it, I can't even open it. Why is he not responsible? I want the contractor to come back here and put the window back into the condition that it was before he power washed my deck and tried to fix the problem. I have been living in this co-op for over 39 years. The issue is constant sewer back **** these back *** occur several times a year. when calling the management agency they do send a plumber to the area. this is just a temporary fix.! my neighbors and I are fed up with the managing agent. we have tried numerous solutions but they never come through with any. Major construction I think needs to be done. I feel they do not want to do this. my next phone call will be to the ***** of ******* please help. Thank youBusiness response

i immediately called the Hinderhoffers after receiving this email.
I have never received a call or email from ******************************
I spoke to ***** husband ***** who told me they do NOT have a plumbing issue but the neighbor did.we already addressed the neighbors problem and the plumber found paper towels in the common line that is shared.
I respond and send the plumber anytime there is a complaint immediately.
Picasso Way, actually performs quarterly maintenance on the shared line.
I do not make decisions so I was not quite sure of the comment that I dont want to do anything else.
if residents flush paper towels, we have no control over that and we will send another newsletter to the community about not throwing paper towels in the toilets thank you so much and have a nice day.
