I hired Ageless to install an asphalt driveway and pavers. Within days, my driveway fell apart. Gravel started flaking off, and I still have a mess everywhere. There are depressions forming in my driveway that will only get deeper as water gets into them.I have been emailing and calling them for months for a warranty claim. It is clear that they have no intention of fixing their poor work. I am out $11K and my only recourse as this point is a court case. I have to redo my driveway as well. Please avoid such an unscrupulous company at all costs.Business response

Regarding this complaint, we have been in touch, off and on, with the customer. We had offered a solution in September, but the customer did not agree to that. We then tried to reach the customer via phone and text to arrange a date that we could go back to meet with him. We have not heard back from him to date. We will try to reach him again. Our driveway was completely redone in February. On the work order, we were also having our foundation repaired ($400). The total cost of driveway + foundation was about $10,000 On the final day of work, we asked about the foundation and they said they had no instruction on having to do it and they did not have the supplies for it. I deducted the $400 from final ****. However, we still needed foundation fixed so we had to hire another company, at the cost of $2200.Right away I noticed that the pavers at the front of the driveway were not flush with the sidewalk and were coming up. I contacted the company about a month ago and received a response that they are aware of the issue but do not know when they will be able to fix it.Customer response

We had a new concrete patio installed. They removed the old one and put a new one in place. We told the owner ***************** that we had a crack and the reason for the new patio was not aesthetics but so the rain water would not fall towards our house as the crack created a pitch. The new patio has cracked across all 4 slabs installed, same as the previous, which we recognized about 4 months after (as the patio was installed in fall and we did not use it in winter. It also has an area in which water pools and remains after rain. We have contacted them about these concerns and communicated for about 6 weeks with them giving us no resolution, advising that "concrete is guaranteed to crack", as if this was a ****** we took. This was never told to us. They also via text advised mesh and rocks were used but i have photos of the work proving they did not. They also removed and installed in just 2 days without treating the earth ground below. Which we believe did not fix the underlying problem. We gave them every chance to resolve this but they have not offered any solution at all.Customer response

The business has contacted me and made a fair resolution to fix the problem. They advised they will come to do work at the end of the month.
