    Go to Jelsey!! She is so helpful and professional and informative. I ask for her every time. My account has gotten hacked.. 6 times. (Please stop that- its not nice) and she has helped me every time!!! I do with the new Four Leaf cards were sparkly but hey, I have a good bank teller Jelsey, at my branch. So I guess you cant win them all!

    I leased a car from bethpage and had a disposition fee that i was NEVER given a bill for. 5 months later i received phone calls stating from **** they were asking for my ss# with doubts i went directly to bank to ? was told by teller and MGR I had 0 ***. two weeks later i received ***************** credit score with derogatory statements. Called and was told i owed $. NEVER received bill collections or change of name from the bank being im a customer. My bills are paid in full I want my credit score returned to previous score. They NEVER sent any paperwork or billing. I see multiple claims against bank due to this and complaints with the BBB as well. What is going on and why are they allowed to do this?

    There was a mistake made when opening my account, no ones fault, but still serious enough that i couldnt access online banking until it was fixed. Staff was super awesome about it, and very patient

    Staff at FourLeaf (formerly Bethpage Federal Credit Union) are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Branch locations are convenient and have grown, and it is nice to be able to have a face-to-face discussion as other banks start to close branches. Were willing and able to match competitors' rates. Highly recommend.

    Its a pleasure to go in there. The tellers are very nice. The girls at the desk are very nice at times. You do need an extra person but most of the time its fine.
