I could not access my new accounts and got locked out for 48 hours. Then I called their customer service line for assistance and while with them it locked out access again for another 48 hours. I gave them all of the text codes and info correctly. But they said I had to do a virtual meeting with them, 3 days later. On a day I had to work. I explained my concern of not being able to monitor my accounts for so long. So I asked them to lock them down until access could be established. They said I had to mail them a letter to request that. I again told my concern over the accounts not being monitored. So their supervisor told me to email the letter to her. I did. Then I never heard back again. I even called and emailed for an update. No response. About 2 weeks later I find out the accounts are still unlocked. So I closed the new heloc just to be rid of this company. There are so many other things I can say, but In general, all things go very slow with them. Even setting up a new account is a complete nightmare and slow. As a reminder to them, it is my money at risk. I should have better customer service and my concerns shouldnt have been heard. Mail a letter? Virtual appointments days later and slow.. that is not customer service. That is slow service. I paid the extra money just to leave this bank. Everything is on their terms. This cost me money, to ensure my heloc account was secureby closing it. Nobody cares about customer service. Nobody cares that I could not see my accounts. So I wasted so much time setting up a heloc that I kept for 1 month. And no supervisor reply back. I called so many different people trying to get things done. A complete waste of my time and money. I am shocked to say the least. I work with other banks, this is not customer service.

I have been a member for a few years now and find the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to provide great service. If someone is unsure of a particular transaction, they will seek advice from another associate.

My loan officer **************** and processor ************** are phenomenal. They made the process quick and easy for me. They are available to answer all my questions and work well together as team to ensure there are no loose ends. I'm very happy with their service.

The representative was very caring and knowledgeable in starting my claim and listening to me and answering as many questions as she could. She told me about the process and calmed my fears. They meet my banking needs, but that's just checking/savings. Friendly, prompt service from a local company that supports its communities. I have no experience with loan or mortgage products from them.
