            For years Ive been battling with KK in trying to get their receiving department to cease and desist from receiving early morning deliveries before 7am. Twice on video a company called Bozzutos arrive before 5 am and the noise from the trucks being large tractor trailers wakes me up from a dead sleep. *** reached out to Bozzutos with no response and both corporate KK and **** who manages the ********* location. We deal with horrible smells in summer that come from their over filled compactors and trucks that all arrive at once sitting and idling behind my home for long periods of time. Here in town of Brookhaven a truck can only run for a maximum of 15 minutes and deliveries of goods can only take place after 7am. I ask that you speak to KK anyone that can permanently resolve and keep this from happening before I reach out to legal council. I have every right as a homeowner in a residential community and taxpayer to have a reasonable expectation of sleep.

            I am regular customer of that store for few years and today i had The worst experience in my life at this store Employee name is ***** , she looks very old and has grey hair , wearing glasses , she insulted me and disrespected me plus did not want to provide service , I came to the store at 9 45 pm and I guess she was lazy to work in her last minutes of shift , store closes at 10 pm When I asked what the problem she said to **** *** , very rude and disgusting I asked her last name she said its not my business Manager of that store must teach their employees of manner I think owner should pay attention on employees like that because their destroy your busness More they hurt more you lose customers
