      Hi, I'm hoping you can intervene at this level on my behalf. I booked motorcycle transport with this company; booking ********. The cycle is overdue and I received a cryptic message on 6-27-22 asking me if I had received delivery. If not, contact them ***** hrs. after. I cannot contact them. I have tried multiple times through all known avenues during this process of movement. They do not have live chat, tracking nor any personal representation as advertised. This order was placed on 5-28-22 and today is 6-28-22. I received one email update on 6-20-22 stating the bike was in *******,** with no scheduled delivery date. Without getting into the weeds, I'll leave it there. I'm hoping you can help resolve this before I proceed further. Thank you, Rob

      I contacted this company to ship my motorcycle for me. They picked it up on June 8th and I was told that it would be about a week for delivery. I still have not received the bike, it has been more than a week. I have tried calling repeatedly, with no luck in getting through. I have sent emails with no response back. Right now I want an update on where my motorcycle is and I want a refund because of this horrible service. I was also charged for the pickup before the bike was even picked up. I checked the online tracker tool and it says that the bike hasnt even been picked up yet, but my boyfriend send me pictures from when the shippers were loading the bike. Please help me get some answers and my money back.

      I called and scheduled transport of my motorcycle from ************** to ******. The process was very smooth at first. Requested quote, got the quote in an email, and then the company called to set up pick up dates. The motorcycle was picked up on 5/4/22 and was to be delivered on 5/16/22, according to the website. The "real time updates" on the website still show my motorcycle awaits to be picked up. When, in actuality, it was picked up on 5/4/22. I called to check status of delivery on 5/16/22 since the website had not been updated, and was told it would be delivered no later than 5/20/22. I attempted to call and leave messages on 5/20/22, 5/21/22, and 5/23/22 but have gotten no answer and no callbacks. I can understand delays, but send me a text, email, or call outlining what has caused the delay and for how long. The company has done none of that. I want my property returned and the date it will be delivered. If the time frame of delivery is more than one and a half weeks past the estimated date, I would like a partial refund of the delivery fee.

      I payed Premier Motorcycle shipping in full $725 to pick up my bike in ***** and deliver it to me in **********. Bike was picked up as requested on April 11. They promised that it would be delivered to me today April 25. I've tried calling repeatedly with no answer to schedule delivery at my home. After checking BBB site today I've found multiple complaints of the exact same situation. They are responsive until they take your money. After that you can no longer contact them. I've emailed them and called with no response. Reason I'm submitting this so soon is because of the history of complaints about this shipper.This bike was completely restored in ***** and is quite valuable as well as irreplaceable. All I want is to have this bike delivered to my home as promised..

      I entered into a shipping contract with Premier Motorcycle Transport on 12/31/21. My **** *** 100GS was to be picked up in *********** **** on 1/7/22 and delivered to *********** ********** tomorrow 1/14/22. I prepaid $795 dollars in shipping. The bike was picked up and loaded onto the local delivery truck on 1/7/22. I only know this because the seller of the bike contacted me and sent a picture of the bike loaded on the truck. All my contacts with the business have been through *********************************, e-mail ************************ and phone **************. I was assured I would received real time tracking but there has been no updates and no real time tracking available on the website. After reading these other complaints I am worried my bike has been stolen. I have called customer service multiple times, sent ******** an email and left multiple messages to determine when my bike will be delivered.

      I contacted premium Motorcyle to ship me bike . They took my payment in full and showed up after the date of contract and damage my bike trying to load it. They told me they would return with another truck . They never showed up and will not return my calls or emails. I left voicemails and emails statement saying I want to cancel my policy and get a refund. Simple .

      On 10/28/2021 I contacted Premier Motorcycle Transport to have my motorcycle shipped from Oregon to Arizona. They were very helpful and answered the phones right away and setup the transport for the next day 10/29/2021. They charged my credit card at that time, although they told me that they would not charge me until my motorcycle was picked up. They did not attempt to pick up my motorcycle on 10/29/2021 so I tried to contact them the next day with no success. I have now been trying to contact them through all of the following avenues E-mail, Customer service phone number, live chat on their website, and the number that is specifically to cancel the booking. I have had no response from any of them. I have now left voicemail telling them that I am cancelling my booking, and have also sent emails stating that i am cancelling. Their cancellation policy states that you must call a specific cancellation number to cancel, but that number is does not work.

      Call this business to ship motorcycle - everytime I called they answered until I paid for shipping - havent been able to contact them since - read reviews and no longer want to do business with them - simply want to tell them I want to cancel and do business with someone else and get a refund

      Date of Transaction: 9/3/2021 Amount Paid: $950 Committed to provide my bike to me in Provo, Utah between 9/20 – 9/24/2021 per the following email on 9/14/2021. From the business: That is correct - the bike has been picked up! Delivery is planned to be 9/20 - 9/24. There will be a pre-call 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of delivery, as well as a couple of hours prior to the driver arriving on the scheduled day of. Nature of dispute: Non-delivery of motorcycle as indicated on shipping agreement. Business has not tried to resolve the problem, update my status, or provide an updated ETA on when it will be delivered. Booking #: *******

      On 9/7/21, I booked and paid for transportation of my motorcycle (Booking #: *******) for $825. The bike was scheduled to be picked up on 9/9/21 and delivered on 9/20/21. The actual pickup occurred on 9/13/21 where I was told it would be trucked to a central location in Lowell, MA for final shipping to FL. The transport tracker provided was never updated to reflect the bike was picked up, and of course has not been delivered. I've tried to call support more times than I can count only to get voicemail and directed back to the tracking site that is not up to date. I'd like to get help from the BBB to resolve this.

      While I did get a notification from the business and was told I would get a notification when my bike is unloaded to schedule a delivery.  I will wait until I receive the bike before I would consider this case closed.  I appreciate the BBB advocating on my behalf.  I believe the only reason I received a call was due to your inquiry.
