The Biggest Scammers around! I initially reached out for a quote that was promptly responded to for $565. Shortly thereafter, I began to receive multiple high pressure sales calls from **** ******** as well as calls at ungodly hours. I expressed to **** that I had to narrow down and would secure the transport ASAP. After that call, I then received an additional email stating, Per our conversation.... that included an inflated increase of $200 which was NEVER discussed. I then called to inquire about the increase and was met with major attitude from a call taker who identified herself as *******. ******* asked me to hold while she inquired, but transferred me to a dead line. I then called back and the phone rang 20 plus times that lets me know they clearly have caller ID with no response. I called back from another number and spoke with ******* and asked to speak with a manager. ******* hesitated and then whispered, I am the manager. ******* then placed me on hold. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for him to pick back up. I don't care if RoadRunner offered to transport my vehicle for free, I would never patronize a business! I tried to give them a shot, even after being warned by Xpress Auto of Roadrunner's shady business dealings. Take heed!V2 Logistics Corp. Response

Our goal is to provide clear communication and prompt service, and we regret that your experience fell short of that standard. Sometimes when instant quotes are obtained online, they do not always reflect all of the information that needs to be taken into account. During a phone conversation, we may learn more things such as the dimensions of a vehicle, weight in a vehicle, or a slightly revised pickup or delivery location. In your situation, your pickup and delivery dates changed from what was previously communicated. We let you know before booking that this would cause an increase. Following the call, the price was reviewed, and an updated price was sent as a proposal only. This was all done prior to you booking transport, in an effort to be fully transparent on the cost of shipping. Your feedback is important, and we will review this internally to improve our processes. Signed a contract with RoadRunner for a fixed amount to ship then was told by an agent and manager that they could no longer honor the contracted price. Even had an associate reach out previously confirm details with no statement about pricing changes.Nobody seemed to care about customer service and just wanted us to cancel. I cant imagine the ordeal if something had been damaged on their end as they dont seem to care about contracts they sign. I will say that there are many other recent comments and reviews that are sharing the same experience that we are having thus think there are internal issues happening. A competitor that we booked said theyve seen a huge increase in customers switching due to this and other issues with RoadRunnerV2 Logistics Corp. Response

They offer some of the worst customer service and transparency I have ever seen in a business. If you like your money being held hostage and your cars being stuck this is the company for you. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM: 1. Make sure you understand that any date you say your car will be ready to ship DOES NOT mean the date your car will ship. When I made the reservation OVER ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, the customer service *** on the phone did not make this clear to me and I had to move my ready date up by 3 days during the final week. IT TOOK EVERYTHING from me to make sure they took my car by the time I needed the car to ship. 2. THEY WILL cancel the carriers they assign to you MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT ANY REASON. You will be left feverishly calling the customer service line on hold for over 4 hours without any answer. To add insult to the injury, when they assign a carrier to you, they will charge you a price $100-200 higher than the last price you were quoted. The quoted amount for the final carrier assignment was almost $400 higher than what I was originally quoted. Only for the carrier to cancel on me...THEY KEEP THE MONEY CHARGED and WILL NOT REFUND you the money if your carrier CANCELS on you. 3. KEEP TRACK OF THE MONEY you own to them to the LAST CENT. You WILL have to call them to ask for a refund if you make any changes to your shipment that causes them to lower the price after a more expensive carrier assignment (e.g. shipping 1 car instead of 2 cars).This car shipping broker underquotes prices and gives you ZERO updates (except for automated emails that give you no useful information). Not to mention, they are extremely unscrupulous with how they handle your funds, and it's up to you to keep a close eye on your charges from them. Because they underquote by an enormous amount, most carriers will not accept your car because they can get better prices elsewhere. GO TO ANY OTHER CAR SHIPPING COMPANY.
