I received a quote from BSR to re-do my roof. I got an initial quote and then after speaking with the gentleman agreed to do a full tear off of my roof for an additional labor costs. The day the work was completed I also received damage to the outside of my property, damage to the neighbors lawn next to my driveway, left over garbage that was not removed, my neighbor reporting seeing the employees urinating in my lawn, and discovered a few days later not all the work was completed as agreed according to the contract. I initially contacted the salesman I signed the contract with via email, with pictures, whom stated I would hear back soon. Two weeks later the neighbors lawn was mostly repaired but no further contact from BSR. I emailed again only to get the name of someone else to speak to. This person was very responsive and came up with "explanations" why the work couldn't be done according to the contract. I asked for the expenses to be removed from the bill and he agreed to remove them. However after some repair work was done I got a bill in the mail to pay in full. There was no itemized listing, just a grand total. I am thankful that I kept all of my paperwork from the hand written contract to with the details and could dispute the bill. I will never do business with this company again and encourage anyone else to be cautious.

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations and for the missing communication on our end. We did have to adjust the way we completed the work due to the framing situation as well as the added repair work needed. Unfortunately, we did not adjust the invoice to reflect this since it was sent before the final adjustments were made. That was our fault and I apologize for the confusion. Typically, the work is done on a per square foot price and is not itemized but I would be happy to break the costs down if you would like. After talking with our superintendent, I am under the impression that all issues have been addressed to your satisfaction.
