We hired Fred Stanton to resurface our backyard retaining wall. We signed the contract on April 4th. He said he would start the wall on April 11th. April 12th, 13th, and 14th he messaged us and said he was sick and will start the wall on Monday April 17th. He worked for a couple hours and left. On April 20th we sent a text message asking about the status on the wall as he never came back. He didn't reply. We also called his phone and couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. April 22nd he finished the wall and was paid in full. April 23rd there were big cracks in the wall. We sent him pictures and he said he would stop tomorrow (24th) to take care of it. April 24th he didn't show up. He messaged he would be there tomorrow for sure. April 25th didn't show up again. He messaged he would definitely be by tomorrow. He didn't show. He didn't message. Now it's May 6th. We sent a message asking about the wall. May 7th we asked when he would be able to fix it. He said he would be by Wednesday or Thursday. He didn't show either day. I would never ever hire this person again!! He is in the business of taking peoples money but not doing a QUALITY job. I have to choose a star rating...otherwise it would be ZERO stars!

Mr Stanton did some projects in my home. Our complaint is with a plank floor put down in three rooms. The floor is coming up in spots in kitchen, backroom and bathroom. Also the flooring was cut to small around doorways and also the edges of the walls. Some were filled with globs of chalk to fill in the short cuts that were made, as well as molding put back down backwards or just to short. There was rubber molding put around the bath tub that was never glued down all the way. A cabinet door in the bathroom was cut and the bottom of the door is splinterd the whole length of the door. The flooring in that cabinet was cut to small so you can see down in the basement.We pointed out the mistakes that were made back in September and have made several attempts to meet at no avail. We would wait and never received a txt or call. We were suppose to meet to day at 3 and at 2:50 he txt that he couldn't make it, and should do what we need to. It's sad that he has no regard for the work he and his employees provide customers with. I would never recommend this company for any work in there home.

Stanton Cons did sub par work.Text them several times.Never responded.I would not hire them again

Fred and Chris is an amazing job with my bathroom remodel. Took out the tub and installed a shower. Very easy to work with. Reasonable price, would recommend to others.
