Right from the get-go, this company has been awesome!! I am always very reluctant to send my name and contact information over the Internet but I took a chance, and I am so glad I did. Staci contacted me within 15 mins. She was very informative and answered all my many questions. Many phone conversations followed. Not once, has Access Unlimited being pushy for sales. They truly wanted to provide the best equipment and advice in order that my husband and I could make the best informed decisions. My husband had a massive stroke 10 months ago, with left-side paralysis. This equipment is extremely well-made and my husband feels safe using the lifts. Frank is so helpful and calm. Talking me and my family through the steps on how the equipment functions. Unfortunately, I am not mechanically inclined and I did put a pin in the wrong spot on the lift. This resulted in a big malfunction. This company was so gracious and caring when I confessed as to what I had done. They replaced the part under warranty! This equipment has allowed me to lift my husband into the car/truck, on the toilet and tub. Next year, we are going to purchase the RV lift. I want my husband's life to be as full as can be and this company truly delivers that ability to do so. At the moment, I am also looking at purchasing the Ease-base lift. Don't let a disability limit your ability to move and enjoy life. I look forward to being able to take my husband to places that I did not think possible, since his stroke.
