      I've made purchase on April 18th of an drone ***** *** ** **** **** ** ****** Bundle and 2 charging hubs ***** *** ** Series Multi-Battery Charging Hub. But prior to make an order I've called a business and specifically asked them do you have them in stock. The answer was - yes, we currently have hundreds of them in stock. So I proceed with an order, and as time passed I've called couple of times to check up on order and each time a person that answered tried to play victim as to why I'm calling to check up on an order and always lied about when the order will be shipped etc. To be clear - First they told me, they have hundreds of them in stock. - Second time they were awaiting on an order from manufacturer with hundreds of them supposedly should've came a week ago (which obviously didn't happen) - Third time I called to check up - person was like yeah yeah I will have drone on Monday May 2nd and ship it right away to you. ( Guess what he did, just created a shipping label that sits with same info - "Shipment information sent to *****" - for 3 days now) - Now I'm calling and they do not pick up their phone. I'm totally fed up with them and their attitude to their clients. Also i got only "shipment info" about drone, the charging hubs - have not been updated nor told me as to when these will be shipped. Sharing this story so that nobody will fall into their hands and since these drones are not cheap, people might save some money and find them cheaper elsewhere.

      This customer ordered the most high demand drone on the planet, by the time their order was received we were sold out.  we received stock late last night. we expected stock much earlier however due to china being locked down for covid, these could not be shipped on time.   we created the label expecting units at the original date the manufacturer promised.  this is common practice.   we just need to know what the customer wants to do, if they want a refund, no problem. if they want it shipped, no problem,  funny thing, we tried to call them and they don't answer....

      We do not believe this is a valid complaint, we have 0 records of any conversations with this customer.  He called at 452 pm on may 5th, we were unable to answer. We close at 5 so would have called back the next morning. Instead we were given 8 minutes to return his call before he filed this complaint. These units actually arrived a little late and were scheduled to be shipped today , may 6th. Once we saw that he desired a refund, we reached out and asked if he wanted us to ship or refund, he demanded free next day (Saturday shipping) and a plethora of other demands. We declined and processed his refund. See attached.  We feel this is absolutely a non valid claim.  Thank you

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. BBB spoke to the customer and the customer confirmed the refund in full was received:I had previously requested a refund but they were trying to charge me a restocking fee between 10-15% for an item they did not have in stock.       We purchased a drone 11/9/21. We have spoken with the presumed owner on 3 occasions. The 1st time we were told it was on back order due to Covid and would be in & shipped within the week. The 2nd time he said he was in Las Vegas with the distributor that day, our drone would ship in a few days. Then no communication by either party for a few months. We reached out as we were finalizing our books for the 2021 year, this was on 3/23/22. We were told it would ship in the next few days as he states “I have no reason to lie to you”. We did advise that we were would be doing a dispute/claim with ****** if the drone was not received soon. Then on 3/24 we get an email with a tracking number, for pre transit status. It was followed by an email early April to review the ordered drone. The problem with this was we had not yet received it. And as I write this, 4/14/22, ***** has not received it either. We were hoping to get the drone and try it out before ordering a couple more for business purposes. Fortunately for us, we ordered through ****** and are now filing a claim.

      I personally spoke to this customer yesterday. They said that if we issued a refund that they would delete this complaint. Instead we refunded, and charged no restocking fee in which they received the refund and left other negative reviews on other platforms as a gift.   Attached is a photo that this was refunded
