This company should not be allowed to operate. I ordered a new controller which showed in-stock by there website. They were happy to take the $1,266.53 on 9/6/2023 right away. To date 1/15/2024 I have not received or gotten much of an update for an order placed on 9/6/2023. Thankfully this isn't my main source of income. The lack of communication from them is concerning. When I call, I get the usual "customs has not released them". Last time I called they said they were released, and that was a month ago. The one time I called, I got some attitude from Mark which is not acceptable. **** *******

Not at all impressed. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with all the short staffed issues going around but patience wore out and I'm a pretty understanding guy. I had left multiple emails, a message on their website messaging service and at least one voicemail about canceling an order. Talked to a rep at one point on the phone before all that and he said to email about canceling and it will be taken care of. It wasn't. I heard nothing at all until a voicemail saying I'd been trying to reach them multiple times and someone finally called back. He canceled the order over the phone which was good but not at all happy with his attitude and he straight up lied about me not leaving the order number in the voicemail because that's what they need. He kept everything real short and hung up super abrupt like. This order was also for an item that they hadn't at all let me know was coming from over seas and they didn't currently have in stock. No warning of that whatsoever when ordering and was going to be over a month to receive. They sure as heck took my money real fast though! Didn't hesitate to do that at all. I am seriously NEVER one to leave a negative review but this was just bad all the way around. Some of the worst communication I have seen. Of course the one time I buy from some website that isn't a big name I deal with an issue like this. Discouraging for sure. Beware and be stern with these people!

Very good plan on doing more business With them in the future

Ordered a couple of props. Got some pre-transit bogus shipping notice. 2 months and several unanswered e-mails later I'm still waiting for my order. Obviously they don't stock what they claim to sell - nor do they answer their e-mails. Buy elsewhere!
