      Bought a lift was suposed to be a challenger **** lb lift had his guys installed it used the lift 5 times it broke called finially got in touch with some body n the ******* the new parts n said it **** to have the parts installed on a brand new lift i called ********* told me to get another person to fix it he is was not going to fix it i want my money back or something i was injured when the lift broke n came down i have pics of the broken parts

      To whom it may concern, 


      The client bought the lift from ** November 10, 2021 and he originally bought a JMC Equipment JMC9KACX ***** *********** Clear Floor Asymmetric Lift and not a Challenger lift as he claims in the complaint. (I am attaching the invoice of the order in this email) In June of 2022, 8 months after he originally bought the lift, he got in contact us with us about broken parts. We sent him the new parts free of charge and we took care of the shipping even though Tuxedo lift warranty states that it will not cover shipping charges. SEE BELOW. 


      Tuxedo Limited One-Year Warranty: (This can be found under "warranty information tab" on this link *****************************************************************************************************************


      *******************, LLC (Tuxedo) offers a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser of Lifts and ************* equipment in ***************** and ******.Tuxedo will replace, without charge, any part found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, for a period of one year after purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been improperly installed or altered or that has not been operated or maintained according to specifications.


      He then called us and demanded that we install the parts free of charge which we do not do, and Tuxedo does not cover labor for these parts. He then hired his own installer to install the new parts and as he did not follow proper instructions, the parts were not installed properly. 


      As stated, the client originally lied about the complaint saying that he bought another lift which he originally did not buy. We did our due diligence by sending him new parts for free and free of shipping charges and the installer that he hired did not follow proper procedures and thats why he was injured as he says.Which we have still not seen how he was injured. We are happy to send him new parts and whoever wants to install it and properly and follow the correct procedures will be able to install the parts with any issues.

      I got on their website to order an Auto Twirler At-Bc-Pro-Assy body cart for $910 used their discount code for 5% off ($45.50) the invoice says delivery Free for a total of $910.00 -$45.50-free-minus taxes of 0 = $864.50. The invoice verifies that. Then when I was about to pay for it they switched and tried to charge me $400 for shipping even though it says right on the invoice FREE. Sounds like blatant bait and switch. I would have bought it for the $864.50 but, not when they switch free shipping to $400 It happened 9/15/2021

      Thank you for bringing this up to us. On the product page, the client has to check a box where it says "This is a Plus Shipping Item and I will be contacted w/ shipping costs". The client clicked on that, and at checkout, it says again "For Freight orders we will reach out to arrange the best shipping and delivery options after an order is placed." We put those two notices so every client knows that they will be charged shipping after their purchase because our system does not compute freight charges because sometimes it is very complicated depending on where the client is and what warehouse this is shipping from. 

      We are trying to fix this, however, we have placed different notices where the client must click in order to let him know that this is a plus shipping item.
