I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer **********************. From **** the supervisor who answered all my questions, to **** the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to ********* who helped me with finance concerns, to ***** who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. *****, *****, and ***** were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Varsity for a job well done, so happy to finally have cool air in my home.

Interesting way to decline a job after providing an estimate in November. I am glad I did not proceed with the company because if I had gone with Varsity - "problems" would have been uncovered later. I am glad I had other people come out and estimate the job. Rep ******** they need to make $50,000 a day in installs and not waste time on jobs that can take weeks to complete due to complexity. Luckily cameras outside caught the conversation. No wonder they have "best of long island" reviews when they pick and choose who to work with.Response from the company "Just wanted to reach out after our appointment today to communicate our decision for this project. Ive ccd some of our team members so that everyone is on the same page. We will not be providing an estimate for the work you had requested back in November which we are readdressing now. The proposal provided to you back in November will be voided as per this email, we will be walking away from the project as there are too many variables that we cannot control, when we take jobs on there must be a clear cut solution to your problem but in your case there is not. We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our decision to decline this project. As a professional company, we proudly stand behind our work 100%. This means if we do not believe a job can be completed correctly to our high standards, it is not the job for us. We understand that the estimate we originally provided to do the work in a proper manner was deemed out of budget. Out of respect for trying to make an alternative work, we sent our representative back to assess whether there was another way to approach the job. After this re-evaluation, our representative determined that alternative solutions would unfortunately not be viable. While we regret to hear you are disappointed in this decision, we believe that disappointment in walking away from a job is a far better outcome than to do the work incorrectly.

There should only be 5 stars on this companies review page. There is no better and Ive tried more than a few. The techs are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The front office has the best customer **********************. The company functions like all home improvement companies should. They are always available and are reasonably priced.I have used their services at a few of my homes in the past and they have always done a professional job.

Company is a rip off. Try charging me 1800 dollars for a heating fix that was fixed by another company for ******. This place rips people off. Be aware shop around this company is a disgrace. Plus their fix for 1800 dollars wasnt even the problem. Shameful for a company to knowingly rip customers off. Absolutely unreal

We did not hear from you in response to this contact attempt, and we regret not getting the chance to rectify the issue with you directly. We understand that businesses and customers will not always agree on pricing based upon how important this type of value is to them, but we can assure you that we would not be in business for more than six decades if we had any intent to rip people off as you stated. We cannot speak to the work that another plumber performed as we are unsure of whether, within that short timeframe, they executed the same job tasks, with the same parts, with the same skilled labor. ***** is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and ***** from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour. He also was very clean, put everything back to the way it was and also work shoe coverings as he ran back and forth between the shower and basement. Highly recommend!

Varsity was great! From the initial estimate with ******* to the install with ***** and his crew( ************************** and *****). They were on time, courteous, thorough, competent and went above and beyond. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend varsity for AC duct work and will continue to use them for future HVAC needs.

Other than the fact that your company over booked ***** and he could not arrive in the 8:00-12:00 window, ***** more than made up for it with the efficiency of his work and his friendly and professional manner. i would recomment ***** to anyone who asks.. he is a Great emplloyee and should probably be considered for a raise within your organization.
