I have just corresponded with PUR about this issue and all they did was re-iterate the instructions for the pitcher filter. The last two filters I purchased have had the exact same problem and I follow instructions explicitly and occurs when the filters are NEW, not after they've been used a while. Even if they had been used for a time, it should not take one hour for the water to drip through the filter. This is absolutely outrageous and the company refuses to deal with these complaints. I have complained to them in years past and all they do is send a $2 coupon for future purchase. I don't want a $2 coupon, I want a functional replacement.I have video of the pitcher after it's been filled and dripping one drop of water at a time. I was unable to download it from my phone to my computer, however.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
Prior to receiving the business' response to my complaint, they resolved the issue. I have NOT received the replacement filters as of 6/5/23, but feel that they have mailed them in good faith.
