I purchased the ******* 3 Drawer Nightstand Marble Top W *** on March 25, 2024. It was advertised as: Materials RW Wood Solid + Oak Veneer. When I received it, paint was missing and the "Plastic base" (not RW Wood Solid & Oak Veneer) was exposed. I sent an email to them with two pictures showing it in the box that it was defective, pointing out that this was not RW Wood Solid. They agreed and offered me $75 to keep it, then $100 to keep it, then $200 to keep it. They also gave me a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), stating I had to pay for the return of their damaged merchandise. I would save money by keeping the damaged merchandise and taking the $200 because of the weight and size of the night stand. I simply want to return the damage merchandise with no cost to me, and receive a full refund. The return policy states: If replacement options are refused by you, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. Unless we agree otherwise, you will also be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us. I have an RMA #*******. In other words, they agree that it is damaged, but require that I still pay for the full cost of returning it.
