We purchased pavers from unilock in September 2023. When we received the pavers they were all defective. We waited for another batch to be produced till October. The 2nd batch was all damaged as well. We waited for another batch to produced for another month and they were damaged again. We have received 4 different batches and they are all damaged. Its ***** sqft of pavers that weigh 165lbs each and cost over $40,000. With each batch we had to hire a contractor and rent a machine to sort through the pallets to inspect them. We have invited over $20,000 in additional labor and equipment rental to remove and replace the defective material we keep receiving. In addition to having to hire a truck with a forklift and trailer to remove the damaged product since unilock did not take them back and had to pay thousands of dollars to have the pavers dumped. This has been going on for over 8 months. We keep getting the run around. Boss on vacation next week running it up the company ladder this has caused a huge financial burden and extreme stress on my family. It is holding us up from miving forward with the next phase of our project. We already were not able to use our pool and backyard last because of this situation and here we are still waiting for a solution. The rep told me his boss was going to call me and has not. I have contacted corporate and they just pass the message a long. This has been the worst experience and the poorest quality control of their product and customer service. We can not afford to continue to pay a contract to sort remove and replace the pavers with no guarantee they will deliver quality material. WCustomer response
