We had our bathroom remodeled beginning June 29, 2022, for the price of $9436. The final bathroom is substandard. The contractor was never there to supervise. There are many imperfections and incomplete work which was expressed to the contractor on multiple occasions. During our bathroom remodel the workers damaged the tiles that they had installed multiple times and improperly reinstalled the broken tiles. Currently, these tiles are shifting and moving when stepped on. The subway and accent tiles placed on the walls by the construction workers are crooked and uneven. The bathroom tub and window were not resealed with caulk so now there are cracks and openings. These workers couldnt even install a bathroom towel rod correctly. The rod remains crooked and cannot hold any weight. These issues were shown to the contractor when he finally came to view the bathroom and a date was set for additional work to be done, but he nor his workers ever showed up to complete the work. The contractor has stopped returning our calls. This is simply unprofessional and shows that this contractor is deliberately producing terrible work. Based on the amount of money I paid, I expected to have a bathroom that I would not have to continue fix.
