I am not easy to work with, I never know the questions to ask and I take a long time deliberating. *******, with Mark Seiden Real Estate, was truly patient, kind, and connected to so many parts of the community that is was a much better experience than I could have hoped for. As someone who wants choices, ******* was able to provide me with many excellent people who covered. different parts of the home buying process- a process I had no idea how to manage and I am so grateful for the knowledge ******* was able to share with me.Review from Jessica B

Our entire experience with Mark Seiden Real Estate Team was absolutely amazing. **** is an impressively knowledgeable realtor with a true gift for negotiation, a great sense of humor and an impeccable staff. We were so impressed by his rare combination of personal care, mixed with the strength of a truly dynamic team that took care of every imaginable detail. They went above and beyond our expectations at every stage of the process, and kept us smiling and often laughing through it all! We are so grateful for ****'s advice which resulted in us getting way above our asking price and a very smooth move into our new beautiful home. I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from ******* ******* and the rest of the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive of our family during our house buying process. ******** is extremely helpful and always available. She made our house -hunting and the eventual buying process goes like a breeze. We started looking for a house beginning of July and were able to close mid-November. We will not be able to do all of these without her guidance. To think that we were first-time home buyers! Mark Seiden Real Estate professionally represented me in 3 transactions, He is a better negotiator than me, he held my hand on rough days and continues to support us with helpful advice and recommendations for workers. Our agent, ******* *******, was extremely helpful in helping us navigate a unique situation of relocating my mother from a home out of state to a condo in New York. Knowing we would have to make an offer sight unseen on behalf of my mother, ******* took the time to meet with her a few months prior when she was in town to understand her needs and preferences so we could be prepared to act quickly in a tight market. ********* patience and genuine desire to find the right home for my mother paid off and she is now in a beautiful condo with neighbors that she loves. ******* was a true professional from start to finish – we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us through this process. She is not one to miss an opportunity. She is extremely motivated and driven. She advocates for and always works in the best interest of her clients. She is easily accessible and very prompt with responding to emails and phone calls throughout the entire process, which is especially helpful when it comes time to submitting an offer. When we decided to move from The Bronx and look for a new home in Westchester we werent sure where to begin. We fortunately came upon **** SeidenReal Estate Team and metMichele Hamburg. We had a very informative zoom call and discussed what and where we were looking for and we instantly developed a great relationship. She is truly informative and very knowledgeable of the areas we explored.It was a difficult time due to Covid and there were many restrictions and obstacles we had to deal with. The Mark Seiden Real Estate team gave us incredible service and attention throughout the process of buying our first home this year. They made what at first felt like an overwhelming endeavor in a crazy market feel smooth and seamless. Every question we asked they answered and were always available to talk 24/7. Every strategic decision they recommended through the buying process ended up being the right one. We cant rave enough about Mark Seiden Real Estate.Our agent, *********************** was fantastic to work with!****** was so responsive (even when he was away on vacation!), thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, competent and just so pleasant.He supported us through every step of an emotional roller coaster journey of purchasing of our first home.He answered every tiny question we had and never made us feel silly in asking them.We would absolutely recommend *********************** 100 times over!Thank you so much for making this nerve wrecking journey a such pleasant one!We would also like to make a shout out to Angel ***** on their team, we never had the pleasure to meet her in person but all the communication via phone/email was professional and so pleasant!Respectfully, the ********* family :)Review from Daniel R

My wife and I worked with George G**** on Mark's team to find and buy my first house in a horrible buyers market. George made the entire process clear and as easy as possible, handling all of requests and making sure we understood everything we needed to do to get the house that we wanted. We now are proud home owners and have a great deal of gratitude towards Mark and his team. Highly recommend!
