I had this company installed my Navien 240D boiler 5 1/2 years ago. During this period I called in for a pre winter checkups every year. I was lead to believe I was getting the right check 4 my unit but I wasnt nor was my unit installed properly. In July this year I experience hot water issues so I called said company, they sent a tech out who stayed n my boiler room for over an hour and half and never reach out to Navien 4 tech support which the company recommend u to do if issues comes up. I was charged ****** for guessing and he left me w no hot water and making assessment on parts as I found out later it had nothing to do w the problem. After three weeks of getting no call I reach out to numerous companies but they was chasing air condition money being it was the summer but I looked on Navien web site and found aqueduct plumbing company listed as one of their recommend service providers. I was sent a tech over the next day, when he open my boiler room door he notice my the floor wet from the unit. He immediately cut off the gas because the pipes was corroded and informed me he was calling tech support and try to get me a whole new unit even tho my warranty expired after 5yrs but the problem was the heat exchanger which was one of the causes but it was still under warranty. He also showed me my installation was below grade and piping was patch work to say the lease. Tech support got on the cell and switch to a video support, pics was taken and later that day I got a call from ***** who was the tech aqueduct sent and he informed me the company was giving me a new unit. Before he left he gave me 2 quotes, one if the company replace the unit and two if they didnt. It was ****** and it was for labor and parts address the piping issues, both quotes I couldnt get around the ****! The unit was installed last Tuesday, they stayed until 11:30pm that night and had to return the next day. I am completely satisfied but ***** and Walsh Ill let u make that assessment.
