Brought our **** the first time to lakeside automotive due to a noise. Mechanic said he fixed the problem over 1200 later. Noise came back and was worse brought the truck back. Guy said he needed to tighten up a bolt and should have fixed the problem. 3rd time and stuck on the side of the road brought it back told him to look at it again and fix the problem now we had to get a rental $500 later. Mechanic talked to me like I was stupid and he was very condescending. Took the truck after the 3rd time he said he fixed the issue and it started getting worse again noise came back brought it back he said he doesn’t know he’s not a magician can’t Foresee things happening. Problem still isn’t fixed and I don’t think what we paid over$1200 even needed to be fixed the first time.Business response

**** explained that they repaired the left front axle shaft that was broken by the husband. It was defective and was replaced. Two or three weeks later the consumer returned with a similar noise--this time it was the right front hub. This has nothing to do with the initial repair and will not be replaced.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They didn’t fix the problem we had when bringing the truck in more than 2 times and he was very disrespectful and condescending. We had to get a rental and deal with his incompetence more than one time due to him not being a “magician” I don’t want others to get ripped off when he can’t fix any problems he was asked to look at.
