5/13/2024,came to my house to fix washing machine. Supposed to be there at 5pm ,showed up at 7pm.. worked till 10:45 pm said it was clogged, had machine all apart.. Went to use the next morning leaked water all down neighbors apt below.Called never got call back.After 3 days called someone else and said the machine was taken apart and broken putting it back together,water running right out the bottom during rinse.Had to get new machineInitial Complaint

I contacted this company because my refrigerator was freezing things and the freezer was not cold enough. He cleaned the condenser and then said he was going to replace the sensor in my refrigerator When he replace the refrigerator sensor in the refrigerator, I noticed it didnt feel as cold as it should, but I didnt have a way to measure it so I ordered thermostats and when I did that I saw that its well below what it shouldve been to keep everything cold. When I contacted him, he was more than happy to come out and replace the sensor We spoke a couple of times we texted back-and-forth but he never returned and now he doesnt return phone calls or text. Ive had to have another company come out and Ill be charged again. I also lost all the food that I went and bought the evening after he made the repair believing he fixed the problem.Customer response
