Sunnys Auto Body worked on my car in August of 2022. My car was it in the rear left said and needed to be repaired. Not only did he do a crappy job, but he also switched my headlight for some broken one and thought that I would not notice. Since he claimed that the car has been ready for pick up we have received 3 different bills with different amounts that surpass what was assessed by the insurance company. He is now trying to auction my car after sending a bill for almost $10,000.Business response

this is an response to the letter we received with all the supporting documents this customer is trying to ruin my company name because they did not want to pay to get the car back car was first brought to my shop as a cash job even though client had an insurance claim going and had already received the payment customer tried to deceive me and keep the check and pay for the repairs partly customer even went as far to enter a supplement to insurance company without me knowing
