I just wrote out the entire event. What happened to my statement? WOW unbelievable that my entire statement disappeared. The short version: The skin on my upper lip and both eyelids in different places were removed by the tech. Another women had half her eyebrow mistakenly removed by a different tech while I was waiting to be serviced. All mayhem broke. The tech servicing me knew I was bleeding and that my skin on my upper lip, and both eyelids were removed. The tech said nothing but these areas were in severe pain. When I arrived home, my upper lip was bleeding. This tech was not transparent in what she had done and said nothing to me about the damage she had caused. This is personal injury and I called the ************* today, between 1:30-1:45 and c spoke to Officer ******* @ community affairs ************. He was very caring and told me to call the BBB and file a complaint because I am suing them for personal injury. Also, I called my bank 7/26, after their refund me. Its the outright deception I am outraged about. Chase Bank has filed an investigation and had refunded my funds until their investigation is completed. I typed this all in more detail previously but I dont know what happened to my first synopsis of these events. This business is a hazard to all who enters and they knowingly operate not being truthful and transparent when their techs fails to give good service. So sad!!!Date of occurrence: Thursday, 7/21/22 between 6pm-7pm. Amount paid $25.96 I wrote just now in its entirety circumstances surrounding this event and I tried calling the business on 7/21 when I arrived home at the two numbers on my receipt. Both numbers were non-working. They are: ************ and ************. I returned to the business on Monday, 7/25 and after she called the owner speaking in their native language, disrespectful, she got off the phone and told me their are no refunds, pointing to the sign, after telling me she would refund me due to the damage done to me.Customer response
