I was happy to have purchased a "great" deal from Parkchester **************************************************** on May 30th 2024. I thought this was my best deal ever! Unfortunately, soon after 10 days, the phone started malfunctioning. i.e. the ******************* completely crashed. I went back to the shop and they WOULD... NOR COULD assist me with a refund or replacement. Their only option was to spend another $80 on top of the $200 I paid for the phone within 30 days! Isn't it illegal to have a business selling defunct products and not liable for future occurrences?I was not offered any reconciliation,Business response

hello hope all is well, when the customer purchased the phone the phone was fully functional and everything was working and the customer chose to buy the product when the customer came back to the shop the phone camera was not working anymore but when we sold it to him the camera and the flashlight was fully functional we tried to offer the customer multiple option to make the customer happy but the customer wants to keep the phone and wants a full refund, I have a no return no refund policy in my shop but I still tried working something out with the customer he kept on getting angry cursing he also vandalised and destroyed some properties outside my shop if the customer wants a refund he can bring the phone back with all of his information removed from the phone his account, pictures and etc factory reset the phone and return it we will issue the customer a refund thank you hope u understand as I am a momma poppa shop and its difficult for us if we sell something and the customer tries to return it with defect that happened in there procession thats why we have a no return no refund policy but we can make a exception for this customer just to make things right if he removes all of his information from the phone factory reset it and return the phone we will issue him a refund thank you hope you understand my concerns and pain as a business owner its difficult to operate business with cost of everything being so high but I am still willing to work with the customer hopefully we can solve this and you guys give the proper justice in this case.
