Dear ***/*****,I'm writing to you because I would like to file a complaint against *************** *************** Corp in The Bronx,I'm writing to you because I had a bad experience in one of their restaurants. I went to one of their restaurants in ********************************************************, ******** 10451.I bought a diet coke, a big chicken sandwich, french fries and other food inside this restaurant. The entire time that I was eating there. I was not treated well. The tables of this restaurant were very dirty when I tried to sit down. There was garbage over the tables and some things over the floor. I was very nice to the restaurant cashier when I came to buy my food inside this restaurant in The Bronx. I used a coupon to pay for part of my food, but the *********** employee tried to deny me the coupon until I showed him that it was valid in that restaurant. My coupon was valid for a big size fries, he gave a small fries that they gave with the one Dollar Menu purchases. I asked him at the beginning if he could give me some chicken nuggets instead of the fries because of medical reasons but he refused to give me the chicken nuggets. I have had problems with high cholesterol before and high triglycerides.I asked them to put lettuce and tomatoes inside my chicken sandwich, they only put tomatoes. They refused to put lettuce in my chicken sandwich. This is not the way that customers should be treated. I wanted to use the bathroom to wash my hands before eating dinner but they didn't let me use the bathroom either. I couldn't wash my hands when I ate and after dinner either because they didn't let me use the bathroom. He also didn't scan my McDonalds Rewards barcode in my smartphone and I didn't get my points for my purchase of that day. I was contacted by **************************** in February of this year. She apologized for what happened to **** called her and she told me that she was going to send me some coupons for me to use in one of the restaurants in the future. I waited for these coupons for several months. I informed her that I was not receiving anything by mail. *************** started ignoring my email messages and phone calls. I emailed her as well but she didn't call me or email me back. She started ignoring my email messages and ignored my phone calls. I never received anything by mail. I will be glad to provide copies of the email messages. I traveled to that part of The Bronx to work in a conference. I emailed her the night before January 31st and I called her to tell her that I was going to be in that part of ******** but she didn't email me or she didn't call me back the day I traveled to that part of The Bronx. This is not the way that this corporation should treat good customers of the restaurant. I have been a very good customer and they are ignoring me for several months.*****

Being that he called and emailed me excessively about not receiving the gift cards also mentioning that the gifts were expired in the mail. He told me that wasn't possible. Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] Hi *** ****** and representatives of The BBB of New York City,

I hope you are doing well in New York. I have just got the BBB Response from **** ******

. I'm sorry to tell you that **** ***** is not telling the truth to you. I have never received the McDonalds gift cards that I was promised by **** ****** I told her to send it to me by certified mail but she never sent them to me.

She  didn't respond to several of my last email messages that I sent to her or she didn't call me back either. I left her several voice messages but she didn't call me back.

I sent her an email message telling her that I was going to be close to that restaurant in The Bronx last April. I visited that part of The Bronx in April. I was working in a school that day but she didn't respond to my email messages, I called her when I arrived in that part of The Bronx to work in a school that evening. I left her a voice message and she didn't call me back to my cellular phone.

The right thing to do is for **** ****** ***** to send me the gift cards by certified mail to be sure that I will get them. She can send them UPS or FEDEX Ground, which is cheaper.

I never called excessively, I called only a few times because I didn't receive what I was promised.

I left her two messages that day when I traveled to the Bronx but she didn't return my phone calls. Maybe she didn't care. I never said anything about the expired gifts.

I can try to find my cellular phone calls and send you a screenshot about this.

**** ***** and I have been in touch only since the end of the year 2022, not the year 2015. I hope that we can get a resolution for this matter. We have been dealing with this problem for several months. I'm not sure when my company will send me to that part of The Bronx.

This is why I attempted to reach her by email and by phone in April but she didn't respond to any of my messages.

      Sincerely,

       ***** ********
