I ordered heating fuel from ACS oil service and when they delivered the fuel I was short 36 gallons of fuel. The previous delivery they also robbed me and they disconnected what they robbed me. This time when I complained they become very defensive they told me that they would not deliver fuel to me anymore. They give me a fake receipt, The truck needs to be checked out because they robbed every customer who doesnt know how to check if they get robbed. I but a stick in the tank and measured the fuel before and after they delivered and compared it to a chart and they robbed me 36 gallons of fuel, how can give me 220 gallons of fuel when the tank had 63 gallons before they put fuel. The tank could only hold 275 gallons of fuel and it was not even full, When I measured the tank after the fill it had 247 gallons only. If I had 63 gallons and they put in 220 gallons thats a total of 283 gallons and the tank could only holds 275 gallons and it was not full. Its a shame that they are robbing the poor people when they have no way of checking. The truck needs to be checked out so they dont robbed the poor people. I have 2 guages on my fuel tank and using the stick and comparing it with the chart is the most accurate method. ThanksCustomer response

I order heating oil through CashHeatingOil.**m. A senior citizen monitoring money, my gauge shows how much oil I need, this online *** offers the lowest prices. Downside is you don't know what *** until after oil is ordered. OK until this *** est.2018 Aero Fuel, billed as ******* Serv. ******* dba Aero Fuel delivered oil 3 times since Mar this year. I had oil delivered from another ** & received a full 100 gallons of oil, not with Aero. I ordered 100 gals. from Aero in Mar. to **ver the last low temps before spring which should have brought the gauge to 1/2 from an almost empty tank. I didn't realize they were not delivering full amounts. In May, I ordered 100 gals. from a different *** which brought the gauge to 1/2 tank that I wouldn't need until late fall. Inflation **ming, in Sept., I ordered online 100 gals, the *** was Aero again & the gauge only moved to 3/4. Still hot out, I wasn't noting that the 275gal tank had received 300 gals of oil & was still not full. The gauge moved least with Aero. In Oct, more inflation, so I ordered online to fill the tank, I didn't need 100 gals, but wanted to top it off before the price rose. It was Aero again & I decided to watch & see how much oil they put in b/c this is the 4th time & no furnace use in summer. The driver came after 4pm, nearly dark. My husband was in the basement working & I went down when I heard the truck & watched as the oil flow for a moment then stop. I went out to speak to the driver but he was gone. No ticket left in my mailbox. I expected a prorated *** but was billed for 100 gals & no receipt. I was out of town at my sister-in-law's funeral so we spoke over the phone and text. ********************************* at Aero said they now leave tape on the fill box. A few calls later she said the driver gave the ticket to random men sitting on my property eating. After long disputes, she texted & showed a photo of a receipt she had. I had no ************* said w/o a receipt I **uld prove nothing. I texted I would go legal to satisfy this ************* said she didn't care. Trying to rectify through my bank & although the driver put in just a **uple gallons, I was willing to give half of the $540.75 charged since a little oil was put in & there is a min. of 50. ***** made the **************** ********************************* is still harassing me.Customer response
