I am very disappointed for this unprofessional and untrustworthy Sardar Restoration ************* In the mid-October 2022, we paid Saradar Restoration Corp in full to repair the brick joints and jointing work on the left side exterior brick of our house. I originally wanted to do the leaking areas near the second floor two windows berceuse my top floor was not leaking at all. Saradar Restoration Corp suggested to do the entire exterior wall because it just costed a few hundred dollars more than the second floor areas of the two windows. I have no idea why the entire wall would be much cheaper than two windows area. I took his suggestion and paid $9000 for the entire wall with five years no leaking guaranteed agreement. See agreement and photos before project. However, the problem of water leakage on the side exterior wall has not been resolved. Starting from the beginning of January 2023 (less than three months after they finished the project), every time it rains, water will still seep from the exterior wall into the interior wall. Under our agreement, the project comes with a five-year warranty against water leakage from the exterior brickwork into the interior walls. I have been contact multiple times to ***********************, the contact person of Saradar Restoration Corp, via by emails, text messages and phone calls about the unqualified job they were done and they needed to fix the problem. It took Saradar Restoration Corp three months to replied back to me and finally came in March 2023. See photos after project. However, my second floor windows leaking situation got worse and areas got bigger after Saradar Restoration Corp in March 2023, especially the window areas. I have to open the inner wall because the mole smell made me sick and my child has asthma and sever allergies. It is unhealthy and unsafe. The same wall leaking situation has extended to my wall as well as my child's. See photos. It also included my kitchen wall, the same wall. See photos after project. These areas were fine before Saradar Restoration Corp suggested and worked on the entire wall. Now, the leaking area (the same wall) is not just the window areas, it has been extended my bedroom wall, my childs bedroom wall and my kitchen wall. Lastly, Saradar Restoration Corp did an unprofessional job to for my exterior wall project and failure to obtain the agreement. The leaking problem has not been resolved since they done the project and the situation is very unhealthy and unsafe for my children and I. Contract was signed in February 2023 and was to take 3 months to finish. As of today, job has not been completed.Contractor walked away from contracted job.Contracted work done was poor.Violations received from DOB/HPD due to contractors negligence, have not been corrected.Contractor refuses to answer emails, phone calls, and certified letter mailings.Customer response

On October 12, 2021 Sardar Restoration Corp. MISTAKENLY came to my house, ****************** instead of ****************** while I was at work. Their machine blew out all my electricity and permanently damaged the display on my very expensive oven. . THEY WERE AT THE WRONG HOUSE. The work on the brick wall that I DID NOT REQUEST OR APPROVE was left UNFINISHED and the work that was done was HORRIBLE . When I notified them they requested payment to complete this job that I DID NOT REQUEST. I had several text messages as well as phone calls with them where they agreed to repair it and I allowed them to wait until after the bad weather. I even cancelled my complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and was trusting they would honor their commitment to repair the wall. Now they have me blocked me on their phone and I am unable to reach them. I called with another number and they hung up on me.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Absolutely nothing was done for his mistake. No repairs, no monetary compensation. He has blocked me after he promised after the winter to repair his mistake. He is completey lying.

Sardar Restoration, a company I did NOT hire, took the cement out of at least 1/2 of my garden wall. They were at the WRONG ADDRESS. They attempted to repair the half they took out but now the wall is not uniform and even the repair does not look good. They needed to make the whole wall look as it did before. They told me i would have to pay for this. The wall is about 3 feet high and about 12 feet wide. My calls are going unanswered. The owner is ***********************.
