This is a supermarket in my direct community. First incident,I was charged $9..for a bottle of pelligrino water advertised at $2.99. I realized of the overcharge a few days later as I was cleaning out my purse.Before this time I didn't have any problems when frequenting this establishment. On that day the person helping me with the overcharge went to another worker, in Spanish (my first language is English)he said that price is for a6pack and not the one I bought.I thought what he Said was strange bcs on the receipt the description was for the bottle I purchased clearly, the receipt did not described a six pack. So that was strange but I hear the six pack talking man say to the person helping me "just give it to her and he cussed, and his demeanor was explosive.I was the one incovenient to have this now corrected and he had no right to first cuss and speak so rudely.I reacted by saying that don't you use profanity my child is present and that I'm rightfully bringing this to this establishment attention.I express to the worker conducting the refund that he is extremely rude and what reason he has for that behavior.The young man helping me apologized and I accepted. 2nd incident, Yesterday Friday December 29 Came into modern market for a quick purchase as I know they close at 8:30pm.It wasn't the closing time and the worker whom is the security did not let me shop.He said he was closed.I was already inside the store (as I was Walking up to them someone else came inside without a problem)I told him is not 8:30making a quick purchase.He kept saying they are close.I told him is not 8:30 that is the time you advertise and there's people still shopping and your registers are open ringing customers.He said I will not be checkout.He insisted they are closed and that 830 on the dot they leave.I told him I will complaint about this to the bbb as a consumer I'm guiding myself by the closing time advertised he said his name is ***** and the cashier is ***** too. Disrespectful!
