      On May 2nd. I made the huge mistake of buying a refrigerator on the Face book Marketplace which direct me to **** Appliances as mentioned. I had surgery April ****************************************************** move a lot. Thats the reason why I trusted **** Appliance. He said that for $300 dollars I will get a working refrigerator color white and I was to pay when they deliver. They did delivered the refrigerator for my cousin, I asked for them to please connected before I payed to make sure it was working. They connected the refrigerator and it started working , I payed by ***** the $300 dollars . The next day my cousin called me to say that the refrigerator stopped working. I called Alex appliances and the promised to bring my cousin a working refrigerator which they did on May 4th. 2nd. One . This time they left receipt that said guarantee for 3 months . I asked is this one working and the 2 delivery guys said of course and left. The next day again the refrigerator stopped working. I called and asked them to please return my money because we couldnt continue getting a broken or not working refrigerator. They said no money back ! Which it doesnt say that on the receipt. Now they dont pick up the phone , blocked my cousins number so he wont call them. I left many messages and no answer. Please ?? help us . This is not right. My cousin had to throw away everything in the fridge and took days of waiting for them to bring a working refrigerator. I just want my money back please . Thanks in advance for your help.

      Bought a washing drying machine from ****, who stated it was fully functional, no issues on Oct 28th for $600, with 6 months guarantee and repairs. I paid $300 via Zelle to the account of a ***********************. I paid the other $300 cash when the appliance was delivered. This should have been the first red flag; they do not accept no other type of payment that is not Zelle or cash. On October 29th, I called **** to report several malfunctions of the machine. I tried contacting the ******** ad I found the company from, and it was deleted. I immediately asked for them to take back their broken machine and issue a refund, I was told they do not refund and only do services. Every time I call, **** does not pick up and answers back via text with little reply. He is rude inconsistent and the company is causing major frauds to everyone buying from them. After expressing my frustration several times, **** was able to come see the machine and saw the malfunction, he stated a sensor has to be installed and will return the next day. This was 1 month ago and I have not yet heard from the company. This week alone I have called again, consistently and I am only getting told, I am going and never show up and do not answer their phone. This type of business HAS to be immediately shut down. I have receipts, and all text messages with the company on this! I have additional pictures and videos if needed. We have to put an end to this kind of scammers!

      ON 9/25/2023, I purchased a 30 inch french door refrigerator from **** ********************** online. Prior to buying the refrigerator, they stated I will have a 3 month warranty. Within 18 hours, the refrigerator produced an error code and was not cooling. I called the company the next ********** did not speak any English. I continued to call several ****** *** even had my Spanish speaking friend call them and they told her to send a picture of the unit to the phone number that's on the receipt. I also have documented text messages between us. They eventually stopped corresponding altogether and never rectified the situation. I am stuck with a non-working refrigerator and I am livid.

      5/17/2023, I bought some appliances at ,ALEX APPLIANCES ,********************************************* ***** I Pay **** $1,200 for the ******************** with Screen,$500 for Stove $600 for transportation ******** ,************* RD.**** contratc VTC ******** cargo express ,going my appliances. my refrigerator shipment my ******************** apartment ,***************************** door and refrigerator they a lot aesthetically it does no work.and my stove in that moment does no appear.**** says the transport company has to pay for it but didn't hire that company it was Alex appliances.**** has a lot a complaint A&N Appliance in BBB and change the name of business ALEX ********************** same address same phone ************ VTC ******** cargo express no address in ******** only phone ************ And no answers

      Transaction date 6/10/23. Purchased a used ** Washing machine. Company offered 30 day warranty. Day 20 into ownership, I called for repair. The machine was not wringing the clothes properly. *****, the guy that sold me the machine blew me off. After a few dsyas, he instructs me to text my address to schedule a repair. I did and got a cryptic response. Finally, I went by the store and ****, the mechanic said he would come the next day. No show. No call. Calls go straight to vm. I called ***** again, he said he had nothing to do with it and I have to speak to ****, who is not answering calls.

      I bought a refrigerator freezer on 4-1-23 from **** **********************. They had posted an ad on ******** marketplace. The freezer was delivered and we determined after the delivery that it did not work. We called the business and were told that someone would be coming to fix the unit and nobody came. I have made multiple attempts to call the business and they have not answered. On other occasions when they did answer they hung the phone up on **. **** ********************** appears to be located in the exact same location as a company A&N appliance that is no longer licensed in the ***********. There were multiple BBB complaints against this company for fraudulent business practices. It appears Alex ********************** is doing the exact same thing A&N appliance did to its customers. They are using deceptive business practices at this location to sell **********************s. **************************************************************************************************************************************

      Transaction took place 6/11/22 I have paid $500+$50 tip in cash A&N Appliance sold me a washer/drier combo machine with 60 days warranty The problem occurred when I unwrapped the machine to see that it is not a washer/drier combo, but just a washer. Additionally, the machine was broken as it does not perform washing cycles.I have contacted the seller within warranty time period. The seller asked what was the issue and when I replied, the seller stopped replying to my correspondence The purchase was made through ******** Market place. The payment was provided in cash.

      I ordered a Stove and 3 door refridgerator from this company. I had a standard fridge that needed to be replaced. ********* the sales man insistes the refriderator fit in my space. I had shown him photos N gave him dimensions of current one. When the set came the fridge did not fit and I was given a loaner and was told the fridge would be replaced with one of same quality that did fit. The loaner did not work. The delivery person was dragging the appliances on the floor instead of using a hand truck and riped my vynl flooring. I called the very next day. ********* said someone would come to fix it and he would refund me some money for floor repair. This was in May. We are in Aug. Ive been ignored. Calls declined. For months no working fridge. I went to the store friday 8/5 spoke to someone else and gave him my information. He said he would personally come by 5pm w a replacement and apologized. It is now Sunday 8/7. No fridge and the recent worker has also been declining my calls. This company has similar reviews on yelp. Seems like they do this to alot of people. They are scammers. And should not be in business. Selling wrong, non working items.

      7/20/2002 paid $500 to A&N Appliance for a "clean, like new, working) 2019 ****** range 5 burners with oven.They delivered a broken machine with one broken ************* that wouldn't get hotter than ***************************************************************************** caked-on, solidified burnt grease was blocking all the oven burners and gas was being prevented from coming out in oven. 5th burner also had caked-on, burnt, solidified grease blocking gas from coming out and lighting. Pics were taken as proof.I called the number I had zelled $500 to for the unit and they cursed and swore at me, called me drama queen and a ******* ***** for asking that it be repaired or replaced. As we were speaking, they deleted the ** marketplace profile that had listed the item. I have saved screenshots of communications prior.I notified my bank and zelle and they instituted a claim. Police made a police report. When they called seller, he cursed and swore at them too and said "what did I expect when I bought a used appliance on ** marketplace." police replied same thing as me "that it was working and it was what they sold it as." they said they did not know when they could repair or replace.Next day, unannounced, two men appeared with a 25 year old Frigidaire in poor-to-fair condition (not "like new" and not 3 years old, not an *** tried to perpetrate a bait and switch. They took away the broken 2019 *** I would not accept the 25 year old suggested replacement. Also, They did not properly disconnect and left paper towels stuffed in the **** pipe.Now owner is saying he will not refund the $500 and if I want it I have to go into their store and pick up the first one. Police report filed. Deal was $500 for 2019 ** with delivery and installation included. Breach of contract, bait & switch, verbal harassment, theft of money.

      Transaction Date: 3/4/2022 From: A&N Appliance *********************************************** I Purchased a ** Refrigerator for $700.00 cash which included a Ice Maker w/Water ********** however after delivery & set-up I was left w/No Running Water in my kitchen along w/Ice ************* Dispenser that was NOT WORKING... I went back to the store the following day to give them a report of what transpired they sent one of the delivery persons back to my house to fix it.. I was told that I would have the Ice Maker & the Water Dispenser working the following day... Nothing Again... I reported it to them again they indicated that they would come back & fix it... Nothing Happened. I have been back & forth 3-4 times with a promise that they would come & fix the ************ One Ever Showed Up. I felt the need to file a report on what has transpired.
