      I bought a group for the business on September 09 2023. It was for unlimited laser for one large and two small areas. On the Groupon it says there is a limit of 9 sessions. I only had about 6 sessions done. They scheduled me for a Sunday on October 1st 2023 , the store was closed and they counted that as one of my sessions. Last month, I went on December 4th and I payed a deposit of $20, my card was charged $56. They texted me and said the total was $76 because of a facial and eyebrows but I never consented to the facial deposit, and now if the total was $76 why did they charge me $56? I have been asking to speak to the owner about my complaints but my message never gets returned and when I called to ask why they charged my card $56 they said that is how much the deposit was, when they told me it was $20. They now have refused to refund the $56 and refuse to service me or refund the remaining of my laser sessions. The owner has still not returned my call.

      May 6th, 2023 @ 5:45 PM $250.00 Payment taken by ******************** ** services provided; I bought a certificate for Mothers Day and the company continues to lie and scam, my mother never received any services from them but I keep reaching out in regards to a refund. They lie and change the story every time as to why they cant refund me. Im not the only customer they are doing this to; this business needs to be closed they continue to scam their customers and employees. I tried to dispute with my bank and the merchant is saying that the services were used already

      I am filing this complaint because I have reached out several times to this company in regards to one of their laser hair removal technicians. Their technician at the Norwalk location has refused to fully laser the entire area that I paid for and has been rude to me on several occasions. I had an incident in which I arrived to my appointment during my time slot. She proceeded to "shame" me because she believed I was 1 hour late for my appointment and then said she would have to cancel and re-book me. When I explained to her my appointment was for right now, she didn't apologize. She simply told me to get ready to be lasered. In March or April 2023, I asked the technician to go over a specific area that she was missing on my brazilian laser hair removal appointment. She argued with me and said that the area I was pointing to was not included in my service. I cannot understand how a technician is allowed to tell me where hair does and does not grow on my ****** I also had two small areas which included two inches on each side which she also was not going over well. I have called several times to speak to a manager and they have never gotten back to me. I just want my service done correctly in the areas I paid for with a different technician. Additionally, the technician has cancelled several times which has led me to go more than a month apart from my sessions which is not recommended. I want more sessions for my time lost and for the bad service I received but with a different technician. The technician is also always on the phone and will leave me waiting outside the suite for several minutes (up to ***** minutes). It is wildly unprofessional.

      On December 5th, 2022 I purchased a $287 voucher valid for one year of unlimited laser for one large area and two small areas. At my first appointment on December 5th, I was charged a $30 fee which I knew nothing about and learned I was expected to tip at least $15 per session. At almost every appointment I had, the tech was 15 mins- 1 hour late. At my last appointment, I was told I would receive a call to schedule my next appointment. I never received that call so I called the spa. With the rep on the phone, I made an appointment for February 25th at 11am but got a text saying the appointment was for 10:45am. I showed up at 10:45 am and waited in the waiting area for 15 mins. I knocked on the door several times with no answer and decided to call the spa. The woman on the phone let me know that no one was there and it was a mistake appointment, even though I confirmed this appointment and got several texts to remind me of it. I wasted two hours out of my day sitting in traffic and waiting as well as my money and gas for their mistake. I then left a one star honest review online and was sent a text message that because I left a bad review. I immediately called the business and requested a refund and the rep told me she would speak to her manager. I paid for this service and am now being robbed of it because of an honest review I left. I never signed a contract, waiver, or read anywhere about any policy. I will add photos of all of the information I was given. It also says the sessions should take place every 6 weeks and I was scheduled to come every 2-3 weeks so I am afraid this is an unsafe practice. I am infuriated and never leave bad reviews or report anything, but this is absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done about it.

      If I can give this business negative 5 stars, I would. I have a lot to say about this place besides the fact that they want to schedule your laser appt every 2 weeks. There're several reasons why you should wait at least 4 to 6 weeks between each laser session, the first one is that you need to let your skin rest and regenerate after a laser treatment and second reason is follicle regeneration.Two weeks ago I was due for my 5th session on a Groupon for a brazilian laser, it just so happened that I got my period the same day of the appt. I called and explained to them my situation and the lady over the phone proceeded to tell me that I should wear a tampon if not I was going to be charged $60 to reschedule. I told them I don't wear tampons and there was no water at my building as they were under going water maintenance. She technically "excused" my penalty fee pending proof of my building maintenance, which I said I would gladly email it to them, however, she said to just show it to them on the next appt to avoid charges.I was rescheduled and confirmed for today at 12:30pm. At 11:43am today I received an email and text message saying I was a NO SHOW. How?! How am I marked a NO SHOW before my schedued appt time?! ( Please see pic attached) Do they even know what a NO SHOW means? I proceeded to show up for my appt at 12:15pm, where the Manager ******************** started talking to me in very rude manner saying that I never "confirmed" my appt, where I have clear proof that they did confirmed my appt. plus I never called to cancel my appt . She started saying that that's their policies and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else.There's a HUGE difference between legal company policies and fraudulent scam policies. Today they violated my consumers rights as I was only able to use half my Groupon, for this reason I proceeded to file a complaint.

      2 vouchers for Blue Skin Laser was purchased through Groupon. Blue Skin Laser refused to honor both vouchers, so I activated one. While booking the appt no information was relayed to me about extra fees and charges until the day of the appt. I found this deceptive. I left them an honest review and gave them 3 stars. Blue skin Laser then cancelled all my future appointments (8 in total) based on my review and stated that the reason they canceled my appt was due to a less than 5 star review. This is manipulative. Blue skin laser refuses to give me a refund stating that it is mentioned in the consent form. However, no where on the consent for does it state that they will decline to honor my appointments based on less than a 5 stars review. I am requesting a refund from this business
