      Date of Transaction: 2/20/22 I hired Available Movers on the above date to move my items from ******** to ********. During the consultation I had a conversation with *** who quoted me $1,900 for the job. I agreed to $1,900 for the job, supplied credit card for payment. I was told that when the items pick up they will charge 30% of the amount . Upon picking up the items a total of 50% was charged to my card. My items was delivered on February 23rd,2022. Then I was informed that my total balance will be $2,177.40 and I would have to pay the balance for them to release my items. On February 27th,2022 while unpacking some of the items I noticed that a large standing mirror a box of my designer shoes was missing. I immediately called the driver who delivered my items to inform him about the missing items. He told me that he would have called me back which he never did. I reached out to the office on March 1st,2022 to inform them about the missing items. They told me that someone will follow up with me within a few business days. One week passes and no one reached out to me, I then contact the office and speak with ****** who assured me that someone will get back to me. Another week passed and no one got back to me. I then call and speak with ****** again, a few days after speaking to him I was informed that they investigating to find my items. I then get an email stating that they didn't find my items, then a second email to say that they aware where's my mirror. I then inquired to them about my box of designer shoes, which they deny in email that I'm missing the items. They then send me a quote of what they think my mirror is worth, I replied with the amount that's it worth and also that I will submit my receipts for my shoes that's missing as of today no one replied back to my email. I will furnish our email communications and I can further submit the receipts for my shoes that's missing.

      As you can see in the initial agreement ** ****** ***** agree to the term. moving forward we submit the claim for ** ****** ****** according to the guide line we have as license company we provide what the law required, in this case ** ****** *****

      selected the basic insurance witch giving her the amount of 60 cent per pound per article. there for we send an email to ** ****** ***** on March 28th with the claim resolution. please see ** ****** ***** respond to this email.Good Morning,

      Excuse me ?   My mirror cost $70 at HomeGoods and I had it customized.  I also informed you guys that a box of my shoes was missing.  I will submit my receipts when I get home today.  If I need to get a lawyer to move forward with this please let me know!

      The company is only accepting liability for the mirror and keep ignoring the fact that I reported that I've lost a box of shoes. Am I not going to get reimbursed for my shoes? My mailing address is ****** ****** I will send the a few recent receipts for my shoes when later today.

      Dear BBB, our Documents showing that *************** ***** sign and agree that she received all item, few days letter ** ****** ***** called and tell us about missing box. we try to located the box and there is no box found.

      *************** ***** received all boxes according to the list of items sign by the customer.
