The storage company will not returny calls or open the door for me it has been completely abandoned for months since October and my payments where still being taken over a course of three years. Have no way of getting my stuff or money back because there no one to talk toInitial Complaint

This facility has closed down, and i was not able to retrieve any of my belongings from them! At the time of utilizing their facility i was in temporary housing. I am now in permanent housing and HRA will not give me furniture allowance with out a proper statement that this facility is no longer in use.Initial Complaint

These people told me to come get my thing they was closing when I came half my stuff was missing they ask to give them a couple more days to find my stuff it was up for auction when I got there to get my stuff my dad scooter was not there blankets and and thing was gone just want people to know they not for the families they out for selfInitial Complaint

Had me believe that they worked with HRA when I took the storage invoice to HRA I was told that they no longer do business with this company due to fraud explaining that they change their name to continue the fraud older name was ********Initial Complaint

The above named moving company is contracted to provide moving services to individuals. The moving company was paid for services that were never completed and when called to inquire about the services not received the receptionist continued to hang up the phone and used racial slurs and profanity when a supervisor was requested.Customer response
