      They are refusing to answer any of my messages and it's been weeks now that I suddenly want to cancel my subscription. I've been trying to contact them for about 2 weeks and they will not answer me either through their text service or through their email service. I've marked them as urgent like they say in the site. I reached out on another email and they answered me asking for me for my account info and I gave it to them and when they saw it was me they stopped replying. They have always answered me same day or next day throughout the year I've been using them so if they try and give me some bs about how it takes a while about getting back to me they are lying. I have proof in the text chats how quickly they've always responded. They have no option to cancel my subscription and I cannot take my credit card or insurance information off the sight so they can just keep billing me all they want. There is no option to stop shipment in my pills even though they say you can. This is a total scam. I have no idea what to do at this point. I just want my subscription cancelled and my info off their website. My next step is to call my insurance and see if they can possibly go after them or something to get them to stop.

      My experience was horrible with this company. Firstly I tried to order birth control through only my insurance. They texted me back saying it didn't work with the insurance. So I went somewhere else. Next thing you know my card was charged for the birth control. Without my knowledge or my consent. Then I proceeded to contact them through email an I got the shortest careless email back stating, sorry *** doesn't allow returns or refunds. Have a nice day. Literally that's all. They're crooks. Period.

      It's really shady that you can't just cancel your subscription or take off your card info on their website. Having to reach out via email for them to get back to you within 5 business days is insane. Will not be using their services again and will advise others not to as well.

      word of warning: they WILL send you something you didnt order. in my confirmation email i ordered a specific type of birth control only for them to send me something completely different with no warning, and charged me the same amount for what i did order.

      Simple health told me they texted me when I got record or a text from them! They then took out $80 from my account and another $15 fee. They said the text said they'd charge me 80 for 3 months if I didn't respond but I told them I didn't get a text and they took it out anyway. Their website also says without insurance it's $7 yet mine was $20 so they are false advertising. They refused to pay my money back and they won't even refund the $15 fee. They are not a good place to use!

      Simple Health seemed like a great option, you call in and get birth control sent to your door, however my interactions with them have been sketchy at best. First, they sent me 6 packs of birth control instead of 3 at one point, and then I received an email regarding another customers name and information. I expressed my concern as dealing with medical records is something they should take seriously, but apparently that is business as usual for them. They then email and say they made an error and canceled my subscription. If you want your information safe, I would personally look for other options. I hope ******** gets her issue resolved, because I certainly am not her. They will get rude with replies and then in backlash to their error cancel service.

      Due to an administrative error, the wrong first name was used in one of our messages to this customer. We take the security of our customer's information very seriously and can confirm that no protected health information (PHI) was incorrectly shared as part of this interaction. We cancelled the customer's subscription with our service as requested as they told us they would prefer to use a different service going forward. We also followed-up after cancelation to see if this customer would be interested in re-activating services with our company, and they replied "STOP" to indicate they were not interested.
