They are crooks they keep stealing from me monthly for 2 different amounts because we ordered 1 time from them. They never respond or answer when I try to contact them I've only received my original order and now I'm over $400 they have stolen from me and the headache of trying to replace my card again and have to pay a fee to do stop payments. My wife ordered 1 tube of mascara for $19 and was supposed to receive free shipping. Once the order was placed they added a eyeliner and expedited shipping. We contacted the company and they fixed the additional charges and we received the mascara.... Now here we are 4 months later and I have had 2 extra charges of $31.63 taken and nothing has been ordered or received!!! This seems like a recurring issue people have been having with this company!!! I work to hard for what little bit of money I make and do not appreciate it being taken!!!! I received a random charge for $31.63 and have no idea who this company is. I’m assuming it’s the mascara I ordered a month ago after reading other complaints. Minus 100 stars - I hate to even click 1. I ordered 1 tube of mascara for $17.99 (included FREE shipping) & was charged. They arbitrarily charged me another $114.65 & CLAIM I ORDERED 3 ADD'L MASCARA, 3 EYELINER & EXPIDITED SHIPPING. I am at war with the deplorable company about this. They have offered me 30% off to keep it to "save me the hassle of paying to return it". Paying to return product I never ordered???? They flatly refuse to refund my ********* have yet to receive the products. NO INTEGRITY. I have contacted my bank's fraud ***** & an investigation is underway which will take up to 90 days.Amazing Product Picks Response
