      My lenses were made improperly . My lenses were smaller and not the correct prescription causing me to have headaches, nausea, dizziness and finally, a fall on the floor after use. I believe this was intentional and I would like a total refund for mistreatment and negligence.

      On APRIL 15th, 2023 I paid cash to purchase a pair if prescription glasses from Metro Optics. On April 24th, 2023 when my glasses were ready i went to pick up my glasses. I was not satisfied with them so i decided to choose a different frame. The frames that i chose were less in price then the ones i originally purchased by the sum of $155.00 which i was told by the Manager ***** would be refunded via check because they Metro Optics don't give cash refunds. Fast-forward m, it is now May 19th, 2023 and i have not received my refund check. I have gone back to this location twice regarding my refund to no avail. All I've been told is that emails were forwarded to their corporate office regarding the matter. However, ***** has responded to these emails and i have not received my refund. They claim that there is no telephone number that i can call to speak with someone regarding my refund all they (Metro Optics) have is an email. I notified the *** police but was told it was a civil matter therefore there was nothing they could do. Will provide receipts and emails

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I was issued a refund.

      3/25/2023 Had an overdue appointment ti get my vision checked Just started a new health insurance that includes eye-wear Went in and met with the most NASTIEST unprofessional employees. I have a primary and a secondary insurance to help with the high cost.Employee was very rude and didnt explain. Just kept saying my **** insurance was it and that this would be done through them?!? Meanwhile I have very very bad vision needing very this eyeglasses. They just kept PUSHING some sale they had at 40 percent off on their merchandise. They said get the one frame from your insurance and get a second from us?!?Because I refused I was then rushed because she "had other clients waiting". I was rushed so much I chose frames I hate and I now am getting a non wanted bi-focal line on my eye-wear ALL get a 1 time chance every year to get glasses. They just KILLED MY ONE CHANCE because I wouldnt purchase from their store I am now stuck thanks to them. I am filing this complaint to get my proper care done and I never want to see them again. Disgusting an unfair to people in vision need.
