      They charged me for medication Mounjouro 7.5 mg , I didnt receive and then lied to the health insurance stating I did receive them and also charged me co insurance payment when my health insurance pays all my medication they are crooks

      Good Afternoon,

      This is a client in our pharmacy for quite a while. As she stated regarding her medication, it was processed through her insurance initially and then the item went on backorder. while it was on backorder, the claim remained billed through the insurance as per cvs caremark rules and regulations which allows pharmacies to keep items billed for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the item was not recieved by the pharmacy due to shortaage and the claim was reversed. we verified with the insurance company and ********************* does not have any claim on file as is being alleged by the client. We can request for an official statement summary from her insurance so long as she sends them a signed affidavit allowing us to do so. I have also tried contacting the patient but she does not let me get a word in, yells and hangs up the phone.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The manager preceded to threaten to have my ******** taken away and the mournjouro because my psych doc is prescribing it and that youre using it for weight loss its not weightloss Im prediabetic just to make it clear this guy is ***** and I have yet to figure out if it was actually reveresed
