Purchase charged on May 25, 2024. Item returned with requested shipping instructions. Company policy indicates refund process 5-7 business days once item is returned. Item was returned on June 10, 2024 with delivery confirmation. Company is requesting **** tracking number in order to process refund. Thru numerous emails I have indicated I no longer have the number but it is clearly indicated on the actual package they have in their possession. I am looking for full refund of $76.90 which includes the shipping they say they do not refund. Considering that as of this date of June 22, 2024 which is clearly past their refund date policy and I have not received my refund, I should be entitled to a full refund!Business response

Our return guidelines state that without a tracking # we cannot refund a return with just a statement "I shipped it" Which is why we strongly recommend a return is shipped with tracking. This is not to be difficult, but to protect both our customer and our ourselves. We cannot refund simply on good faith that something was shipped, where as a tracking # is the only thing that helps us locate where a package is if lost or delayed.
This return was eventually received and refunded.

Looking into this issue, I found a series of unfortunate events.
This customers order was placed on 7/04 and shipped 7/27. I completely agree, that is a long wait time, and not what is typical for us. We typically ship fast, often within a day or two. Unfortunately during Covid and possibly even more now, there is disruption and long delays in the supply chain for almost all products, affecting most of us, if not all the time at some point. This is affecting our industry across the board, in addition the recent horrible shootings in our country as well as the recent changes in the Law concerning concealed Carry, has created a an unanticipated amount of orders from customers like this gentleman, who wish to protect himself. It is not meant as an excuse but as a fact.
Because we have fast helpful customer support, we typically respond to all emails between minutes to a few hours, but no one is ignored. In looking into if this customers tried to reach us, I found that he tried to reach us while our support system had a glitch , and for that reason I found his message in SPAM, it did not come in thru the channels for anyone to see, it is when I search for him under his email / name that I found it. It is unfortunate to say the least, ******** Law. In the 10 + years we have provided support that has never happened before.
I will reach out to him and see what he wises to do and help with whatever that is.

Bought holster 2/27/22. Order#******, $ *****. From sneaker **** holsters. Holster did not fit my pistol. Return information was destroyed during shipping.I finally found a return address in ******************************** my return tracking no. Is**** **** **** **** **** ** Priority mail on 3/17/22 . My cost $22.70. It was signed for by ************** . To this day 3/28/22 I have not received one bit of correspondence from them.My email. *****************
