My sister and I went to the **** Concert on June 28th, 2024.We paid for VIP tickets to see 6LACK and prior to concert never received email information on when that would occur. Upon arriving we were directed several times around the building based on our ticket and no one ever mentioned about a meet and greet and the one staff member said it wasnt on her itinerary.So we figured it was at the end after asking several staff members we finally found on that said it was at the beginning.They barely apologized at the Barclays center in ********, ********, and said I guess you could fill out a complaint card. Ticketmaster and Live nation refuse to give a refund, partial refund or even the merchandise we paid for.Review from Graeme K

Barclays centre is the worst music venue I have ever been too. I came to see my favourite artist *********************, and the sound was so extremely awful that we could not hear any words while she was singing or talking into the mic. It was echoey, muffled, and just all around terrible. I dont recommend anyone to ever see live music at this arena. So sad disappointed to have spent the money to see her, as we felt leaving that we didnt even hear any of her music - and we were not the only ones.Review from Brianna V

They took our personal items at the entrance, which is understandable, but it had my keys attached. They wouldnt let me take them off, and when I went to the guest service booth, they told me too bad because once they take your stuffyoure not getting it back.Review from Kestutis J Katinas .

One beer costs $18.78??? Are you kidding me? I will never go back to the ********* center. I will let everyone I know who might be going there about this thievery. I will not even watch the **** on TV. Such a disappointment. I am leaving one star because 0 stars or a negative rating is not possible.Review from Camille G

The worst place I ever went to and never even went in had tickets to see *********************** comedy show today at 8:00pm no parking got there early .lost two hundred dollars the worst place in Brooklyn it should be close down. Definitely not social distance traffic was a mess so you never make the show if you drive they don't tell you that you need to reserve a parking spot shame on ******* center.
