May 18 175 USD / 240 ******** I paid to attend a virtual class , which I was no longer able to attend once the start date (two months later) came around. I had started a new job and could no longer attend the class. I had tried reaching the teacher and the organization and no one replied to me until today. I paid 240 for this virtual class to be able to discuss readings with other people in real time, but the business says since I recieved video recordings that they won't refund me. I have never / nor will I ever watch these after the fact. The video is not valuable to me. The discussion was. The company is being quite rude to me and will not refund nor transfer my money as a credit for another class at another time. They said I did not try to contact them, I sent them screenshots that I had, and then they said it didn't matter. I just want my money back.Customer response
